The course itself is in fair condition (the weather had been very hot at the time), no major problems. Some holes are long and overall the course can be challenging, An unusual quirk to the course is the lack of out of bounds for each hole. You can hit a drive three fairways away and are still considered in bounds. Although there are stakes along the fairways they are pointless. Errant drives are often rewarded. Accuracy does not help. I was told that the out of bounds is the perimeter of the entire course. The scenery is fine. Those running the course must be treated with care. They are very touchy and unfriendly. Strange attitude. The cost is reasonable and there is a restaurant on the grounds. Overall, worth a try if you're in the area.

I really enjoy playing Panorama. The course is long and challenging. But with enough open area that if you do stray from the fairway you can recover. The cost is great $32 weekday with cart or $36 on the weekend. That could be spring rates. Played in early May. It is kept in very good shape. Greens are fast for upstate PA. The beer and food cost is low. And now they have a nice deck overlooking the ninth hole. So you can enjoy a beverage with a view.

The course was in great shape.. some holes were more challenging than others. We decided to sit at the bar afterwards and the food was great. The staff was very personable and welcoming. We would definitely return!
