Me n my bff went...we lost our befriend 9 months ago and finally wanted to have a good time...so we go to arnolds. The staff was more interested in living off the company (meaning stuffing cheeseburgers down their throat) than teaching someone with a handicap how to adapt to their "family fun center'. I got "these Have no power steering maybe you shouldn't ride". If i was sue happy you'd be fd but I'm nice so here's your review dick

The place is fun to be at ;the bowling alley is not the best. The staff is ok. But a go-cart ride is about $10; the points are way expensive. The place is more fun to children, but there is a decent amount of attractions for adults and children. The bowling alley is more adult and teens, then children.

As a mother of teenagers it was a lil boring for them. Staff was not so friendly or helpful. I slipped and fell flat on my back when we were playing glow-in-the-dark bowling and not even a single staff member came over to check or cared to if I was okay or needed anything.

Overall it won't kill your wallet, kids have fun, but don't expect disney level quality and service and you'll enjoy yourself.Big Go Karts (in front) - 4-5 stars. Small Go Karts (in back) - 3-4 starsBuffett (front) - 2-3 stars - get what you pay for - typical style for kids - thin pizza is the staple.Video Games - 4 are what you'd expect from a nice arcade - not dave and busters, but alot of updated and new games that you sit in the boxed out area with seats and sometimes multiple or large screens. A few didn't work, but it was maybe 5% which is the norm.Kids area - 3 stars - bouncy castles and more were nice, fun and in good shape. Fairly clean. Some games and a carousel for little ones. Little kids bowling is not bad either.Workers - 1-2 stars - Very young kids who are probably getting minimum wage and act like it. Adult bowling alley w/ resturant and bar - 2-3 stars.Tried the cheesesteak, a few beers, had a kids meal and tried the wings.25 cent wings were awful - overcooked, dry and not good.Cheesesteak was very good. Beer was cold.Kids meal - pizza looked like it came from a frozen box that was cooked an hour before we ordered it.

This place was actually a bit frightening! Bowling - the shoes were falling apart, but I guess what do you expect from $3 rentals and 50 cent games. Then onto the race cars - talk about dealing with some of the rudest guys I've ever come across! They sure didn't want to be there, and I don't blame them. The game floor - most of the games were out. It kinda reminded me of a reject Dave and Busters. For the prices - just skip and head over to Sky Zone or find a Dave & Buster's!

My kids (9 and 7 years old) were invited to a birthday party on Sunday. They were excited to know that would include go carts and laser tag activities, but things were really far from expected. First of all, the carts... There are two different "levels" or "sizes", and unless you are a big 9 year old or more you will have to ride the smallest ones, unless there is an adult to ride with you, but at a classmate's b-day party parents usually don't stay, so this was the first frustration for almost everyone. My oldest son was allowed to ride the larger cart but received NO instructions (at all) as how to use the brakes or anything. It was his very first time riding a cart. At the moment he had to stop, he had no idea how to do it and accidentally bumped the tires on the protection walls. The guy responsible for the area yelled at him, scolding him as if he had done it on purpose and just did not want to hear his excuses and of course did not believe that he did not know where the brakes were. Later, at the laser tag area, my 7 year old, who was the smallest of all (there were even groups of teenagers mixed with the smaller kids) was "THE tag" to most of the other participants. And there was nobody from staff to help or avoid things like that, just a sign written "no bullying". Really? A sign? The big kids were aiming at him all the time, and he got really upset, what made him want to leave the party without eating cake or participating anymore after that. They were supposed to have fun and be happy at their friend's b-day, but unfortunately what happened was just the opposite.

The best way to describe this place is the following actual conversation that we had during our visit yesterday: "Hey, I can't find a trash can." "This place is a trash can."This place would make a great haunted house if they left it completely as-is. I'm pretty sure they shoot post-apocolyptic movies here. It is run down. It is hot and sweaty. Most of the machines are broken. Most of the "attractions" are unusable since they do not employ enough attendants to run them. The layer of dust and dirt is visible on every surface. No kidding, I woke up with a sore throat today.We tried to use the mini-golf facility. There was NO attendant to let us in. We figured we'd let ourselves in. Well, there were no balls. So we had to go through and find balls laying around. Most of the themed decor throughout the course is busted up. At one point, our four year old refused to go through to the next hole. When we asked him why he said because of the "bad mermaid." Look at my pictures to see what he was talking about. This entire facility is what nightmares are made of. I'm pretty sure I felt a ghost pass through me which explains the smoker's cough I have today. I'm pretty sure the owners scavenged the wreckage at the boardwalk from Hurricane Sandy to outfit the facility. When we were leaving, there was a family walking in and I heard the little girls squeal that they wanted to do the carousel first. I shed a tear for their impending disappointment. I'm pretty sure the carousel is powered by coal. We didn't even let our four year old on the "Christmas Train." Calling it "Nightmare Before Christmas Train" is too generous. We called it the "Nightmare on Elm Street Train." They basically robbed a Boscov's Christmas Display in 1982, used it in a Christmas Themed strip-club for 30 years and then brought it here and shoved it in the darkest corner of this place with a train. When I got home, I hugged my family a little tighter. I am changed. Please, please heed my warning and do not visit this facility. You will rob your children of their childhood innocence. There are things that cannot be unseen.

Expect the staff to be talking to each other, playing on their phones while ignoring all the customers. There were multiple rides unattended. The 2 main go-karts tracks did have staff members, but thats pretty much it. I tried to get help but could not find anyone. Walked around a bit and found that 2 female staff members and 2 male staff members (they were wearing an Arnold's shirt that said STAFF on them) were all hanging around by the area where you claim your prizes. And one of the kids that was there was their MANAGER?! The "manager" was a Caucasian male with some light facial hair (scruffy), light colored eyes, short brown hair and had an earring or tow. He also appeared to have his eye brows waxed! He appeared upset because we interrupted their play time. I would love to report this to someone, but it seems no one in this establishment really cares about the customers. I did eventually get help from one the girls there, but I RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE. There is a pretty good go-kart place in Exeter area and a WAY BETTER arcade with a GREAT STAFF at Dave and Busters!

Was it super clean? No. Was it outdated? A little. Did my kids think it was awesome? Yes! And so did my husband and I. With coupons, I think we paid $30 to get in and played in the bouncy houses, mini golf (which was totally cheesy and great at the same time) and duck pin bowling. We also did some regular bowling, which cost 50 cents a game and featured dinosaur shaped ramps for the kids to use. Great 80's soundtrack, too. The bathroom was a little disgusting, but the bartenders were nice, which makes up for some filth in my book.

When I first arrived, I was disappointed by the rude attendants at the cash register. The go kart attendants give you the slowest karts. Almost all of them break down. Food was way too pricey and birthday passes only give you 500-1000 points which is equivalent to three arcade games. Guitar hero's buttons don't work, a lot of the games have errors, and the photo booth splatters your photos. The only enjoyable thing for me was laser tag, bowling, and mini golf. All of which require money or 500 points.

Great value for the all day pass, bowling was nice all the bars and bartenders nice live music was good everyone of my family loved it

This was my son's second time here with his Hockey team, I thought it was a little pricey, for 2 hours of play and chs burger lunch cost me 46 $$$ that's high for me !! He loved it but I'm paying.

We took our active 6 year old here and kept him fully entertained for more than 5 hours. If you are not in a rush and your kids like this kind of thing, I recommend the play all day pass. It is only a few dollars more than the 2 hour pass, but you have enough time to get your money's worth out of it. We did mini golf twice, the double go karts and kids go karts, laser tag, some bounce, air hockey, and full size bowling. Most of the attractions are more boy friendly than girl oriented. And pretty much everything was operating although you sometimes had to wait for an attendant to arrive. We also had the buffet which was kid oriented, but we did ok with the salad bar and pasta. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful, and the go kart operators were especially efficient, but there were definitely a few lazy teenagers working the less popular rides. I would avoid the arcade as the games were overpriced and not included in any discount package.

I took my 10 y.o. grandson to Arnold's Fun Center. Went on a Saturday and arrived when opened, 10 am. Bought the all day option, $39.95 We both drove the electric go karts, 3 times in a row. I enjoyed it as much as my grandson. I put the pedal to the metal! He then played some video games. We played black light miniature golf. Did the bumper cars. He played laser tag total of 5 times. Went back and did the go karts again. I had driven the go karts 5 times, and my grandson 15 times. There is a moon bounce and other attractions for the smaller children as well.Paid extra for the buffet. Can use the card more than once. So, we had lunch and dinner there. Had a fresh salad bar, fried chicken, spaghetti and meatballs, all beef hotdogs, pizza, popcorn and some desserts. The food was better than expected. Have the option as a parent or grandparent to just observe, while your children have fun as well.We were there for a total of 8 hours. However, the all day pass is up to 14 hours, 12 midnight. We were too tired to do the black light bowling. We were both exhausted when we left. I know my grandson had a super fun time and I had fun as well. I would definitely go again.

Kids love it; parents love to hate it. Yes they have go carts, and plenty of arcade games. As is the case with most of these places... it's run by teenagers, most of whom are polite and respectful.Did I mention that it's expensive?.... They offer package deals for the rides and games, but we found that we were constantly upgrading additional points to use toward arcade games. The packages just didn't work for us, and ultimately we ended up spending around $30.00 per child for a 2-hour stay. I'm sure if we understood the cost structure a little better maybe we could have saved some money... maybe next time I'll do some research.Seriously though... the place is a favorite among the 4-9 crowd. They have the typical food available for snack breaks, don't expect much.
