I went on the Jamaica Garden Tours with Jerry Fritz Garden Tours. It was awesome. Not only did we see some extraordinary private and public gardens but we were able to enjoy the local culture, foods, music and of course dancing in the most enchanting place I have ever visited. Jerry and Amy did an amazing job catering to our every whim and creating so much fun that we did not want to leave. We had grand adventures on the rafting trip on the rio grand river, the waterfall climb and the snorkel trip to the Blue Lagoon and restful moments by the pool. We had the joy of listening to the music of local musicians in the evenings. It was absolutely a little bit of heaven. I can't imagine missing the next trip. I am sure it will be equally spectacular.I can't recommend this trip enough...go and find out for yourself
Jerry and Amy did a fabulous garden tour plus many wonderful adventures such as Port Antonio town and area, Reach Falls, scuba at Monkey Island and visits to Frenchman's Cove, San San Beach and Blue Lagoon. The stay at Wilks Bay was such a wonderful experience on its own with host's James and Mary. Beautiful villas set on a private bay with pool and full service. A must for all island travelers who like a mix of relaxation, adventure, Jamaica's local life, music and lots of Jerk Chicken! Every detail of the trip was mastered with no flaws, well, except it was not long enough! Thanks Jerry and Amy
Thank you for organizing such a wonderful garden tour of rural eastern Jamaica. Amy and Jerry’s enthusiasm for the trip and concern for each person made the trip special. James and Mary’s Wilks Bay resort was terrific with its lovely accommodations, completely helpful staff, personal cook and pool. Along with their warm hospitality, James and Mary’s multiple local contacts for gardens and evenings with local musicians made the trip an extraordinary adventure. Of course, I enjoyed the non-garden activities as well with the raft trip topping the list. I am thrilled to have seen apart of Jamaica few have seen.
