We've been to lots of farmer's markets and this one tops them all--it has a wonderful atmosphere (you could imagine being in California or Oregon) with a happy, funky feeling--there is always live music and kids and dogs everywhere, and the food trucks are amazing! Not to mention great organic and local veggies, flowers, handmade soaps, sweets and teas, and local handcrafts...don't miss this one! The best part for me is that it's under a bridge so in really hot or rainy weather you can still have a lovely time.

It would be helpful at a better location not under a bridge. I felt like I was visiting trolls to get my veggies.

Open every Saturday from 9-12 in the summer and 10-12 in the winter . Try to do all of my produce shopping here. Prices may be higher than a grocery store, but the quality more than makes up for it. And if you like mushrooms Oley Mushrooms totally rocks!!!

The Phoenixville Farmers Market offers a great selection of organic and local grown food. It takes place on Saturdays and is covered by the bridge and therefore even fine in bad weather. Many additional nice event with important local groups or companies come at the same time. And after intense shopping you can get a massage at the chair massage right there and treat yourself to a wonderful chocolate from the local chocolate store. A good start in the weekend!

As a resident and someone who frequents the market often, this place is pretty awesome and one of the best qays to spend your Saturday morning. They have a plethora of vendors and they are switching up often. Variety is definitely offered. You have some nearby Amish farmers/farms, Buffalo meat, salmon, handmade gifts, natural fruit pops, potted herbs, and so much more. They even have a little kids section for playing and some weeks a craft workshop table for them. Live music and coffee complete this experience. Definitely worth coming...I have a relative who drives almost 45 minutes for it!

A bit expensive but lovely place to spend an hour walking around and picking up a few things. Love the bread sellers! We go to the sunflower food truck every time we go for breakfast and are never disappointed!

Great place for fresh flowers, veggies, fruits, bread. Kids and adults will enjoy this place. The sellers are all very nice and the quality is very good. Go early for the best selection.

The Market is hit or miss on their vendors. Not all local grown. A lot of misc. other things mixed in. Not the place to go for a regular weekly shopping list.

I love going to the Phoenixville Farmer's Market. There is a nice variety of goods for sale (crafts, veggies, fruits, breads, cupcakes, plants, meats...etc) Every one there is so nice! The good are high quality! There is usually live music as well as activities for the kids. It is also dog friendly, and there are usually lots of dogs to be found! There are also sometimes dog vendors as well!

The Phoenixville Farmers market has a real authentic feel. The people there produce what they sell. Several fruit and vegetable people from Lancaster County and local CSA's, local cheese producers, bakeries, ice cream makers and the music is always great.

This farmer's market is a sweet experience--music, kids, dogs, happy people abound, as well as a variety of fresh fruits, veggies, baked items, chocolate treats and crafts for sale. The only thing that would make this a 5-star experience for me is if they had more organic items.

It's winter and yet the Phoenixville Farmers Market carries on. Want winter vegies? Delicious bacon and othe pork products? Have you ever had a desire to try buffalo/bison meat? That's what you can get at the PFM. Growing and selling farm products seems to make for extremely friendly people. It's a treat to go the the market but the real treat comes when you bting the food home and cook it. Warning during the winter (now to May) they are only open on alternate Saturdays from 10-12. It's worth the trip.

Visited the Farmers Market for the first time and was surprised at its location and how quaint and nice it was. Cupcakes by Betsy are excellent. Guacamole guy was great. Lots of choices for breads and baked goods. Music. Just a nice visit.

This is a nice Saturday morning out for some veggies, some nice crafts, friendly chatter, etc. There is an Amish stand too.

Living further out has a downside - no Whole Food market. Therefor this farmers market is the only lifeline to fresh local food, fresh caught alaskan salmon, and local bison! The list goes on. The market is not a formal building but a bunch of tents put together in the parking lot off main street in downtown Phoenixville. You would not really know its there if you don't look closely for the signs. Towns like Phoenixville and Pottstown need to get resident to fully embrace how important farmers markets really are to the local community and economy by supporting in any way possible.
