Halers General Store is located near the heart of downtown Tionesta just past the visitor center and courthouse. It is a nice place to stop to grab a Subway sandwich or just grab something that you forgot to bring which could include canned goods, fishing supplies, and much more. The store also serves delicious Perry's Ice Cream which is a plus. This business is family owned and the staff is very helpful and are always in a good mood. The gas is reasonably priced for others in the local area. This is an excellent store and I would recommended it to anyone visiting Forest County or just passing through town.

I have only been here twice when I needed something specific, both times I ended up leaving with a nice hat along with what I intended to buy. They have items one would expect to find at a general store, along with fishing equipment, and various hats and shirts for Tionesta and the Allegheny National Forest.There is also a Subway and gas station here for food and fuel. The restrooms are in the back of the building.
