1up collectibles

DO NOT recommend at all!!!!!! I purchased a shirt in October that I could not find anywhere else. I was not aware it was on backorder and they were waiting for their vendor to ship it to them. They did not inform me but rather I contacted them after a month of placing the order to find out. This was a xmas present and come February they just cancelled my order without refunding my $30 nor contacting me. After multiple calls, in which no one ever picked up, and a few emails they never replied or contacted me. The worst is that to this day they have kept my money and did not return it nor supply the shirt that I ordered. Horrible experience.

I enjoy going into this comic shop, friendly staff I am always greeted by the shop dog!( a plus for visiting). the Staff is helpful in every way. I enjoy the selection of games that are offered at the store. a big selling point for me as I am a female new to the comic book world, there is no "looking down on you" if you ask about comics or geeky stuff. I would recommend this store to anyone. Stop In and say Hello to the staff!

I have been going to 1UP Collectibles for about a year now and have never been disappointed. Lee and his crew are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend this shop to all comic book and collectibles lovers.

They hooked me up with a really important backorder I needed (important to me, anyway :) ). They came through for me. And I truly appreciated it.

1up is the best comic shop in the area. Lee and the rest of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. 1up is a full service comic shop that offers a pull services along with a large selection of trades. 1up does not just offer comics, but also have a wide assortment of action figures, clothing and gaming supplies.

This is hands down one of the best comic shops in the area. Everyone that walks through the door is treated like a valued customer, not like some others who seem to embody the Comic Book Guy from TV. If they don't have what you're looking for they will do what they can to get it for you. Not the best for back issues, but for new comics, games and collectibles this should be your first stop.

I heard of 1up from a friend of mine. It was a great shop. Plenty of recent comics and what they didn't have they were able to order for me(only took about 2 weeks for the issues to come in). Plus they had the most action figures I've seen in any shop around. The employees were both really friendly and knowledgeable. Overall just a great experience.

I go thru mail order subscriptions with them.Aside from some computer errors they have been incredibly attentitive and with good customer service.

1up has a large selection of comics and collectibles.The quality of customer service provided at 1up is exemplary!

Simply put, there is no better place to get your comics and collectibles than 1up. Lee and his staff are knowledgable, helpful and friendly. If he doesn't have it, Lee will get it. I've never been disappointed on any trip I have taken to the shop, and I go frequently.

My first visit was for to buy a "Man-kind/Mutant-kind We Can Get Along" t-shirt, which I had been looking to find and buy one, since they are hard to come by and that's cheap. I found one here at 1up Collectibles that was in my price-range and bought it (using my mom's credit card). The order was made and shipped to me within 3 days. I also was tracking the order through USPS Track & Confirm by email since when it was made. I was very happy that it came so quickly, but it was probably because I live close-by to it. All in all, my one and only visit was excellent and would consider it as another good online store for clothes and stuff you can't find anywhere else.

I've been shopping at the store since 2009 I've actually come to find this store is like no other I have been in. The employees and customers are always talking about comics movies and games. It really is a place to have cool conversations while buys equally cool stuff.

Ordered a tshirt from website and never received item after two weeks. Had even paid for priority mail. Contacted them multiple times by email on status of order and then to cancel it. Contacted paypal and credit card company to dispute charges.Then and only then did item ship. Guess a gift is better very late than never. Would have preferred a cancelled order as they don't deserve internet business. Especially since after receiving item I am now getting multiple emails from them for reviews and such.

Great shop, great atmosphere. I like going here because they are always friendly and they have a great selection.
