Asbury Woods offers many trails through the woods, you will be able to see deer, turkeys, small critters and many different types of birds. They have a small board walk trail if you do not want to get your shoes dirty. they have a small nature center with hands on displays and a few animals can be seen. Every Saturday they have a hands on animal show that is wonderful for small children. which is free to attend. Also you want to see what type of seasonal activities they have going on, snow shoe hikes, cross country sking for the winter, or night activities to see animals at night are a few.

Perfect place to walk or ride the trails! Safe, peaceful and clean!! The trails are very well marked. By the creek its a great spot to pack a lunch and relax skipping stones~!

I took my daughter for her friends birthday party and was pleasantly surprised. The kids enjoyed themselves, We enjoyed a nature walk and the small animals they had inside the nature center. My husband was infatuated with the bee hive with live bees that you could watch. great place!!

Fantastic spot all seasons! Rent cross country skis in the winter, mountain bike and hike all summer. The Nature center is beautiful and they offer year round programs and activities.

It is a great place to visit year round. There is something going on for all seasons. Greats fall views of the turning leaves.

Asbury Woods has some wonderful hiking trails, tennis courts, ice skating (weather permitting), playground. They offer a variety of classes in the "barn" and they have a very nice main building with educational and historical displays and info for all ages. Great local place for everyone to check out. Oh, did I mention cross country skiing and snow shoeing. Pretty soon....the maple syrup festival. One of my favorites.

Pleasant place for walking and wildlife spotting. Every area was well maintained and there were a number of different paths to walk through.

Great info center with exhibits and walking trails. Also outdoor rec area is great for family sports fun.

This is one of my all-time favorite places to go to take pictures of the Spring flowers. If you go in May you'll see nothing but a sea of yellow in the marshy areas. For birders there is quite a few different varieties there too so take your binoculars! Walnut Creek is a good hike through the park, but worth the walk.

Every addition is done with class. The building offer education and exploration for the little ones while the woods themselves provide infinite opportunities for fun and adventure.

This is a great spot to learn things about nature, especially native to our area. Go on a nature hike with help or without. This place has everything you need to learn and teach young ones about nature!

My wife and I had a great walk on the trails here! Great exercise and "picture spots" throughout our walk. Glad I found this on Trip Advisor!

learn how maple syrup is made . see the trees dripping into buckets. they show you how its cooked in big pot outside and then eat pancakes with delicious maple syrup

This place is stunning and beautiful and very well kept! I drove here to go for a run while in town for work. It was one of my best runs in a long time, which I attribute to the surroundings. It was a great place to just walk through as well. It's a peaceful outdoor place to visit.

This place will never stop being an amazing place to visit no matter what time of year. A wonderful handicap access wooden boardwalk takes you through the woods without having to worry about tripping on things. Excellent for older & disabled folks who have to worry about keeping steady. There are also all natural paths to walk along as you take in all of nature's glory. Beautiful. Christmas/winter time they have a beautiful lighted boardwalk to enjoy an amazing view. It's nature in all it's glory. There's also a small cabin filled with lots of things to look at & enjoy. GIft shop area. Donations accepted to keep this beautiful place running. Maple syrup festival in the spring with pancake breakfast. It's just nonstop all nature & it's beauty offered to everyone.
