I like going to daily Mass. St. Patrick's only had a 12pm Noon Mass. I wish they would have had morning Masses there, because I could have attended there, before going to my conference in downtown Harrisburg. But it is a BEAUTIFUL church for the Diocese of Harrisburg.

Very beautiful Roman Catholic Cathedral. It was an easy walk from the Capitol and the Pennsylvania State Museum. We were able to find affordable parking at an open lot behind the Whitaker Building.

Glad to see there are still some traditional Catholic Churches left. The stained glass is lovely and the altar reminiscent of my childhood days. I love the beautiful churches of Europe and am bored with all of the new ultramodern ones in the US. Go see this one and judge for yourself if you feel closer to God...

The mass was great with a very nice Bishop and great music with friendly people for such a large parish in the Pa capital city. Will visit it again when I return to Harrisburg

This was the Cathedral in Philadelphia...go see this church if you are in the area. We arrived just in time for a nice wedding...and still got to go in. It was beautiful!

So awe inspiring it shines like a diamond. It's not as pretty as NYC but still awesome non the less. Poke your head in some Sunday or better yet attend Mass it is a not to be missed PA find.

The most overwhemling and beautiful church in the area. Its not just Mass; Its a religious experience.

The Cathedral was built in the 1800's and is one of the typically beautiful Catholic structures of that era. It is filled with magnificent and irreplaceable stained glass windows, lovely statuary, and beautiful acoustics. Mass on Sunday and especially on Good Friday in Lent, is an unforgettable experience. Parking in front of the Cathedral, you don't have to walk far. Daily Mass at 12 noon.

Absolutely beautiful Cathedral in downtown Harrisburg. You can see the Capitol as well as the Susquehanna River from the entrance. Father Richardson knows how to provide a beautiful mass as well. There is no crying room however you can take young children to the basement/cafeteria and watch mass on a tv.

If you want to see a church that is truly beautiful, and like an old time church, this is the place. All the artwork, etc. was refurbished a few years ago and when you go in, you can feel the power of God.

Magnificent old cathedral which has recently been renovated. It is large, with beautiful stained glass windows. Masses are Saturday evening at 5:30 and Sunday at 7:30. 9:30 (interpreted for the deaf) and 12:30 PM.

Visited the Cathedral for Mass on Sunday. If you are not able to attend Mass, stop and visit the beautiful architecture, style an stained glass windows. Worth the time and prayers!!
