We've been coming for years, with our kids, and with friends. Always interesting. My husband loves the work socks from Cabela's, only this type. (they don't fall down, and they last forever). The animals and stuffed birds and fish aquariums are gorgeous. They also sell Keene's footwear, which is a good brand. The mint fudge from the upstairs store is amazing fudge! That alone will keep us coming!

Awesome place! Kids love going and looking at the aquariums and all the animal displays. There is definitely something for everyone and not outrageously priced either. The deli food is delicious, my son loved trying different types of burgers. My 4 year old is already asking when we can go back!

Spent 4.5 hours here shopping. Ate at the deli inside. Our family bought a few things, prices were reasonable. Selection was enormous. The fudge is amazing! We tried the Bison burger and the Elk burger, strange choices ( a little gamey) but still good. Prices were reasonable on the food too.

If you're a outdoorsman or like to see hunting, fishing and outdoor related stuff, this place is awesome. People who don't hunt usually enjoy it too. If you're a PETA member.. stay clear. Lots of dead, stuffed animals in this place!

We took a little side trip here while we were staying in Monroe for the weekend.This place is huge and has everything! There is a restaurant, indoor mountain, archery range, aquarium, and even a sale room with discounted items. From what we looked at most of the prices seemed better than most outdoor stores.

This place is huge. Be sure to plan a few hours to shop and visit. They have a huge walk thru aquarium and lots of animal displays. Lots of clothing displays, bring your credit card, lol. I do think their prices are a few bucks more compared to Dick's Sporting Goods, but I understand we are paying for the attraction part of the store. Trying to find sales help was a challenge and the lines were long at the registers. However, I expected the long lines, but I didn't expect the lack of employees circulating around offering help. Overall, fun place to go and great stuff to see.

Waiting in line check out 45 min the store is nice. You would think with the prices they could afford more cashiers.

This is the premiere Cabela's, and the original store. It is huge, so plan accordingly. The mountain with the animals on it is awesome, along with the aquarium. Archery range, gun shooting range, a place to eat, great/clean bathrooms, customer friendly/oriented employees, huge parking lot. Yes, the prices are too expensive, but no one entering this store should be surprised by that. But such a choice of outdoor interests, with a great selection of merchandise for each interest! And the great small town of Dundee to visit at the same time.

Despite many other Cabela's being built around the country, the ORIGINAL Cabela's in Dundee reigns supreme! I have been here several times and have visited at other locations. This store is the ultimate outdoor store to shop at. Plenty of merchandise, mostly over priced, and always busy. If you plan to visit during a big sale you better come early or spend the night in the parking lot! This place is practically a shrine for MI hunters!

Cabela's is, ultimately, a store, but an amazing location that is also a great attraction that doesn't require an admission fee. Contained within the store is an aquarium, a manmade mountain with several stuffed game, and other layouts of stuffed game throughout the store. The store offers the largest selection of outdoor sports items that I've ever seen under one roof. I was able to find perch spreaders here, something I've never found in a large sporting goods store before. Definitely worth a trip to Dundee to see.

Not just for the sporting enthusiast! Ceiling to floor aquariums on both sides of an aisle with large fresh water fish. A Trout stream with large trout running throughout the store. Fashionable clothes, resturant a mountain of stuff game and much more. This is an excellent experience and you can spend many hours there.

This is a really cool store to go shopping at. There is a lot to look at with all the animals (stuffed) and the aquarium. The food there is pretty good too if you like BBQ. And if you want some beautiful log furniture they have a nice selection. It's a very big place so make sure you have some time to wander around.

This is a big place, lots to see. Huge aquarium and stuffed animals on display. Plenty of shopping for all kinds of sporting attire. Clothes, sporting goods for hunting, fishing; even including a huge section of goods for preparing your freshly caught catch or fry your turkey. Amazing selection! Lots of people seem to find this an interesting destination. It's fun for families and anyone interested in hunting, fishing or being outdoors.

This is the store that has everything. Even if you don't spend a dime it's worth it to visit cabelas. The displays alone are amazing-the animals are shown in their habitats so you can see what you may never have opportunity to otherwise. There is a fish pond stocked with large fish that kids can feed free if you are there on the right days-Saturday is a feeding day. You can easily spend hours here with your family. Fudge is made right there at the store, and is very good. If you are in Dundee, don't miss cabelas!!

Everything you could possibly look for in an outdoor store. Hunting, reloading, camping, clothing, and nice attractions (posed animal scenes and a walk through aquarium). We went on a very crowded Saturday and walked around for an hour. It is best to have in mind what you are looking for... Browsing just to browse could be an all day endeavor. Watch the prices, some things are not the best deals but we found some good buys. The purchase line looked long but the organization was good so it took just a few minutes to finish our experience. Cabela's also let's you donate for conservation efforts at the checkout. It's a good opportunity to give a little back as you resupply.
