Joey's Comedy Shop must have changed hands. First two comedians were ok, the early crowd was boisterous and they tried to work with it, but telling people to shut up is really distracting to the rest of the room. Bouncer threw out heckler, fight ensued. Very uncomfortable experience. Third act funny, but with fight, was just not much fun. Waiter looked really nice,was friendly, but was lousy. Passed me up probably 10 times without bringing my drink, or offering refill to my table. Then told my husband he didn't have cash to return our change to us, which was at least six dollars. By the way, they printed the name of the street they are located on on the receipt. Really bad experience all the way around. Felt bad for my friend, whose birthday we were celebrating. Will skip Joey's from now on. They also changed the menu and have MUCH shorter selection and charge two dollars more for the same drink cheaper downstairs. I just feel ripped off.
