central park

I visited a friend recently at a nursing home in Midland, and located behind and beside this nursing home is a beautiful park-Central Park. It is also adjacent to the Midland Community Center, so how convenient is that?! We thoroughly enjoyed our walk through the park, sitting at a picnic table for a long rest on a lovely fall day. There are many large shade trees in this park. Walking paths, tennis courts, playground equipment, picnic tables/grills, benches, fitness trail, baseball field, and a great band shell. They have concerts in the park during the summer months. Wide open expanses of grass, that is kept up very well. Another great park for Midland County!
