We went to a movie that was being shown in the theatre with the premium seats which are so comfortable--makes it hard to go back to the regular theatre seats. Staff is pleasant at this theatre--restrooms are clean and they also serve a nice cup of coffee.

This theater has NO place for online ticket purchasers to get tickets other than to wait in line with those purchasing tickets!I was a told, when I asked the ticket seller, to wait in line with others so she could print tickets for me. We went to the concierge and she printed the tickets - from her desk! The ticket girl could have told us that. The concierge was helpful in servicing our needs. Last week we went to the AMC 20 in Livonia where they do have a ticket printing facility just past the ticket desk. Emagine Novi had better wake up to the point of selling tickets on line through their own app.

We went here to see "Selma" and had a very nice time. Employees are super friendly and everything was great.

Emagine has become our 'go to' theater thanks to their reasonable matinee price - much better than AMC. Would have given a rating of 5 if the online purchase fee was waived for members of the Emagine Rewards program, which is what AMC does (though there's a $12 annual fee for AMC's program). Still don't know what I get w/ the Emagine Rewards program, as I never receive any info on it or my balance... The seats at Emagine are comfortable & the bathrooms clean. Haven't ever ordered a drink so can't comment on that feature.

Lots of choices and you can have a drink if you'd like. We always enjoy it. We usually go one-two times a month.

Although the movie wasn't all that good, the seats were fantastic, popcorn fresh and all personnel were smiling and friendly. I'd go there again in a minute

The theater was within walking distance from our hotel. Enjoyed the size of the theater and had several excellent movies to choose from.

We got to Emagine Novi regularly. It has a lot of theaters so you can always find the latest films playing there. A nice perk is there is a bar so you can get an adult beverage in the evening if you want to. The location is great because there are several good restaurants within walking distance in the complex so you only need to park your car once and everything you need is right there.

The theaters are clean, with a good sound system. The concession area is also clean and the service is good! We earn points and have received free tickets and reduced prices on food.

I was there to watch Man of steel and the facilities need renovations and a popcorn supplier change.

Great location, huge screens, great seats. The theaters are clean, the bathrooms are spotless. Only negative is the food - I've tried both the pizza and hot dogs, both are BAD. The pizza would only qualify as eatable after 7-8 shots of liquor. Taste like cardboard with a bit of sauce, and a sprinkle of cheese

My favorite Movie Theater (Psst.. they have a bar that serves really good drinks). No matter what movie you're going to see, or who your with it's always a good time. I mean who doesn't like to see a movie and have one of their drinks in hand. Perfect combo in my opinion, good or bad movie, my wife and I love watching movies here.

Sound and picture are always top notch. If you are going on an opening weekend night, I recommend spending the few extra dollars on reserved luxury. Its worth the investment (and you get a waiter).

Huge theater complex. The seats were some of the best theater seats I've been in. Very comfortable. Bar service is also available.

This is not a bad movie theater by any means. It's very large, has a ton of theater rooms, always has the newest and best movies playing. I feel like the pricing is a little exaggerated for what it is though. Although, most movie theaters are overpriced, I know. Sometimes all they have available are the luxury seating for the movie you want to see and that costs more, which is stupid. The luxury seating isn't really that luxurious, to be honest. And paying the extra money to sit in a "luxury" seat doesn't change the fact that there are still stupid movie-goers right next to you. So you pay more to have the movie ruined anyway by some idiot.They do have a bar there, which is nice (I've never used it but still, there's that option) From what I saw and heard while there, that is overpriced too. Food is naturally overpriced, like every other theater.All-in-all, it's not a bad place to see a movie but it's just a theater...It's average.
