This place is very cute all decked out with cow stuff and the place is very clean. The people were nice. And the Food and Ice Cream is awesome. Sandwiches are fresh and the cheese is awesome! Ice Cream is perfect! They have bacon, milk, jerky, and other stuff they sell there also that is the best as well. I will definitely be returning to Country Dairy :)

Haven't taken the tour but the ice cream and milk are DELICIOUS!!! Food is pretty good but I've always gone there and will keep going there for the outstanding ice cream.

Want all the chocolate milk you can drink. Well its here. The food is fair; after all it is a dairy. Their dairy case is a menagerie of ice crème flavors and dairy products. It's a fun place for a quick one.

Unfortunately we did not get to take the tour but we did see the cows, 2 were very friendly and walked right up to us, and we did some snack shopping before heading out.

I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream...and paninis...and pizza! Locally made ice cream in many luscious flavors as well as pizza made with fresh ingredients and their own cheese are on the top of my list. Open for tours and school groups. A small gift shop offers farm related toys.

The restaurant is part of a working farm so everything is fresh and probably locally sourced. Ahead of the current food preparation trend in a tiny out of the way area. The sandwiches and pizza are first rate but the $1 all you can drink delicious chocolate milk is a real treat. There is a drink fountain so you can help yourself to as much milk as you can hold. The ice cream is very fresh and extremely delicious. If you like Butter Pecan you'll love the version at Country Dairy where every bite contains some pecans.

We have come here several times, and always have a great experience. The sandwiches are great, the milk is fresh and delicious, and we always come home with something from the grocery selection, which offers a variety of local dairy and meat products. It is a great place for families with children, although I do find it to be a bit crowded and loud sometimes. However, that is the result when a place is as popular as Country Dairy. We love it!

Country Dairy is one of our favorite places to get a bite to eat at their on-site restaurant. We have tried many of their sandwiches, which comes with Moochies (cheese curds), dill pickle, one choice from five different sides and a bottomless cup of milk (white or chocolate). The chocolate is our favorite - really creamy. They have wonderful pizza in the Pizza Shoppe for dine-in or carry out. Dairy and deli products in their farm store includes amazing ice cream that you can purchase by the cone or you can take home a half gallon to enjoy later. There is a play yard for the little ones, indoor and outdoor dining, and farm tours (there is a charge for this) of a working dairy and milk processing plant. A unique, wonderful family friendly place for you to enjoy the cows up close and personal.

This is a must visit on your vacation to the west side of Michigan! We visit every year as part of a week long cousins week vacation with young kids. They love it every year and ask if we will be returning. The tour is awesome and very interesting. The food they serve is delicious. The best part of the visit is the chocolate milk per my kids! It is such a family friendly clean environment and you learn something from the visit.

Great place for pizza...and milk! The food is great, the play area lets you eat and relax while keeping an eye on the kids. Endless cups of chocolate milk is delicious! The cows will come in for a quick hello and MOO school is available too!

8/06/14- We were staying in the Silver Lake area and I was craving a good burger and heard of Country Dairy. I ordered the half pounder and when it arrived, I was amazed by the size and freshness. The burger is served with cheese curds, a pickle slice and bag of chips. You also have a choice of all you can drink soda (pop) or fresh white or chocolate milk. The hamburger was absolutely the best burger I have ever had. If I lived in the area, I would return weekly just for the hamburger. The price is good too.

Country Dairy has awesome ice cream that's made right there. Udder nonsense is my favorite but the Pay Day was great too.

You definitely do not want to miss this stop. It is only about a mile off the freeway amd easy to find. The ice cream is made here. ... you can even smell the cows if you eat outside. There are plenty of tables under the picnic shelter. There are plenty of flavors with fun names.... raspberry round up, mookies and cream, etc. The lunch menu has several items on it. The hamburgers are great. Also, for small children there is a playground outside. If I was traveling this would be the kind of place I would love to stop at. We live nearby and get to visit often.

This was a wonderful place to take our family. The tour was great, the samples were fabulous. The food was great! The staff are wonderful! Very clean. Would highly recommend to visit!

This place is in the middle of nowhere and packed all the time. It's kind of nice we bought a cooler so we could get some good cheese's that are hard to find like smoked cheese and xxx sharp cheeseWe got an ice cream it was good But a little soft for hard ice cream they need to set the freezer a little colder
