This is a small museum that honors the Ypsilanti area contributions to automotive history, including Hudson, Tucker, Corvair ,Kaiser and Hydramatic amoung others. Has a great Hudson Hornet. If you , your kids or grandkids saw "Cars", you can see why the Paul Newman character choose this iconic vehicle.
This one is small, but it's good with quite a few cars even in this small space. There are about 20-25 nice cars in mostly good condition and the bulk of them are Hudson. I wouldn't compare this place to the Gilmour Car Museum in Hickory Corner, but if you're not going to far out of your way, it's worth a stop in for the cars if you're interested in this sort of thing. If not then skip it and hang around Depot Town for some fine food and beverages. The entry fee is only five dollars, which is the same as the Firehouse Museum two blocks away on the same road, if that appeals to you more. Enjoy!
