First time visiting. Very clean and we'll kept property. Staff friendly. Buffet was excellent. ..all locally sourced. Had dinner and breakfast and was very impressed. Smaller gaming floor but machines were clean and well kept. We will be back.

I have been to this casino many times and always had an awesome visit. This time was horrible. Both black jack tables had ridiculous dealers. One was trying to be so quick she wouldn't even stop to see the sign, not sure how many times we said hit and she passed right on over us. She even mentioned going off the dealers judgment? I have no idea what that means.... You can judge all you want when your on the other side of the table using your own money. Then the other table the woman was just flat rude and thought it was funny. Not sure if se was drunk or not. Everytime we lost a hang she would say what she would have done and said maybe we should move seats!? Since when do you have to be a professional to play games there. You all still got our money and we left with a horrible experience simply because your staff. Going there on a Saturday its expected to be busy, which was great and fun. But it ruins everything if your staff can't even be nice or seem to do their job.

We will never be back and my advice is not to go!! Truly do not understand how they are sill in business with these tight slots!! Personally if this was my business I would be ashamed of robbing my customers to the point of non belief. Spin after spin of nothing then you get into a bonus and are robbed!! The hotel is clean but nothing special no pool to go to after they have robbed you in the casino. I could give examples of the poor bonuses but this place is a bad dream! !!

The 2014 Missouri Folklore Society Annual Meeting will conclude on November 8th. This has been a successful conference. The Isle of Capri has been a wonderful host. I was an attendee and my observations are just that. My observations.There were a couple of miscommunication which always seems to happen. Permission given for a specific type of presentation was later rescinded and this change was not forwarded to MFS. People leave jobs all the time but the Society should have been told of the change. We were able to work around this but still.On the plus side, Management checked on us numerous times during the day to see how everything was going. Water was constantly refilled as were the coffee carafes. The staff with whom I interacted were all unfailingly helpful and friendly.Lunch on Friday was disappointing in that temperature of the food served varied. My lasagna tasted good but was lukewarm. The green beans were perfectly cooked but veered toward cold. Salad was good and the vinaigrette dressing was scrumptious.Dinner was brunch style and was uniformly excellent. The grilled chicken was perfect and the brisket was to die for. Salad again good. The sides included grilled zucchini and yellow squash (really good, who knew) spiced potatoes, rice and vegetable pilaf, and green beans with almonds. Obligatory rolls.I avoided the desserts at both meals for health reasons but I didn't see many going back. Cream cake at lunch and German chocolate cake for supper. The later was more successful I think judging by all the empty plates at our table.The sessions were held well away from the casino and on one level which was very helpful to senior citizens. Meeting rooms were spotless. As an attendee, I appreciated the effort.I live close by and did not stay in the hotel but have in the past. I heard no complaints from other attendees. The casino was packed and yet you would never know it was even attached to the building. Separation between the two facilities is excellent.

We decided to try a new spot. The casino/hotel sits on the Missouri River in the quiet little town of Boonville MO. It's a nice cleans place with real friendly people. no microwave or fridge in our room but never requested them. their isn't a pool on the property but it has everything else. We'll definitely be staying again!

Even on a Saturday night, we were able to find available slots to play. We never go expecting to win. We didn't. But it's fun.

After registering for a Player card, we liked the Free Buffet.We played the slots for a few minutes and walked away with our initial wagers plus about $80 so we loved winning at the slots.

my server teresa King was awesome my husband cannot walk very good and she fix him a plate from the buffet for me that was the greatest thing anybody has done!!! even though I lost money in the casino she made the experience overall awesomely great so thank you Miss teresa King

There is no option offered for non-smokers. Dealers are quite good, friendly and professional. Not worth a stop if you are traveling across Missouri.

I like to stop to break up a trip on I 70. It is not the biggest place but I always have fun. I wish it were smoke free like the Illinois casinos. It can get bad with smoke so I leave. As a rule I stay a lot longer in a smoke free casino.

Hotel very nice. Dining was good. Did not have any much luck with slots but then that is why it is called gambling!

I just could not get beyond the stale smoky atmosphere. I am not a great gambler, but do enjoy the casino experience when it is properly done. I was simply not comfortable and left after less than an hour.

Every time I go to this casino I walk out poorer. I'm a slot player and they don't have a large selection, but they are all kept in working order.

By far this is the biggest and most elaborate casino that I have been in since my introduction to gambling in Oklahoma. I caught the gambling fever when my Aunt Dorothy took me to my first casino in April 16, 2014. It is a large building with a restaurant, rooms, staircase, waterfall, very clean bathrooms, friendly staff, and a very large variety of slot machines to chose from. Sodas and coffee are free, you can stay all day and eat here, play here, drink alcohol here, etc. A place to have fun and try your luck. I am glad we don't have these where I lie in the state of Georgia because I think I am hooked on it! I just love it when I win and the machine goes crazy and the lights go off.!

I have been to many casinos in my day. Casinos all over the country. This one would be at the near bottom of my list. They don't have many table games at all. No Asian games the last time I was there. One Craps table. ONE. The atmosphere isn't that festive at all here. You can gamble here...if you can find a place to sit! Would not recommend.
