epic 6

Brought my niece here for what we thought would be fun day and bought a value pack and they told us she could play laser tag and it would start every 20 minutes and the same with dodgeball. What they failed to tell us was that if there were birthday parties those were more important and took precedence. So we had to wait an hour to play laser tag and she never could get on the rock climbing. We will never come here again unless we booked a birthday party. I guess the money they make off the parties is better than regular individuals

To day was my daughter's tenth birthday and she wanted to go to Epic 6 to celebrate. It was her first time to go and she was excited, well my husband called them up to see what their hours of operation were because summer is over and the hours had changed. They are cloesed on Wednesdays and today was Wednesday. So the man on the phone paused for a minute after saying they were closed and my hunband asked what their hours were for tomorrow and the man said, you know what, I'll be her till seven, why don't you guys come on up? So we did! They opened the place up for our daughter and let her run around and have an amzimg time with just the three of us! We got to play laser tag and all kinds of fun stuff! Even opened up the bounce houses for her! I'm sure they can't do this for everyone but wow. This is an amazing business and the people here have a huge heart! My daughter turned ten on the tenth of Septemeber and was super excited to celebrate her Golden Birthday at Epic 6. Then when were all played out and ready to leave for dinner, we asked how much we owed them and they said, Don't worry about it and said Happy Birthday to my daughter! Again I know they can't do this for everyone but I just had to share how incredible this place truelly is and they do have great deals! We will definately be back!
