This had a amazing view, was nice and quite up on there, and it was interesting learning about the indian couple that leaped from there.

I drove between Hannibal and Louisiana, Mo and this was by far the best scenic view. Pretty neat story surrounding that name. Gives you a great opportunity to view not only the Mississippi but Hannibal and the bridges. Best part is it was free! It has some benches so you can sit and relax.

This is a quick stop to see in Hannibal. The view from here is spactular and the signs give you the history. There is no charge and plenty of parking.

Very nice place to stop. No charge, just a beautiful view of the Mississippi River and Hannibal. You can plainly see the flat valley between Lovers Leap and the lighthouse were the city was built. A very nice stop.

Breathtaking views of the town of Hannibal Mo and the Mississippi River. A wonderful vantage point to take some stunning photos! There is a legend of an Indian Princess leaping to her death, just like every lovers leap but this side trip doesn't take long and the whole family will enjoy the view. We say bald eagles on our visit.

A must see stop on your trip to Hannibal. Nothing but a panoramic view, but its a good one of the town, river and railroad.

This location was absolutely gorgeous, you can see for miles. See the town of Hannibal below, the river, and Illinois on the other side of the Mississippi River. Very nice.

The history of this cliff is worth checking into. The Haunted Hannibal History Museum downtown at Center and Main, has a wealth of information and photographs of this and the area of Hannibal from almost the beginning of the town. All for no charge (Donations accepted, we did)\Check it out and the "Ghost Tours" they provided..eye opening!

Stopped here on our way out of town. Very nice view of the river and downtown Hannibal. Not much else to do besides snap some photos. Still worth the visit.

This was a very pretty view of the city as well as the river. If you are lucky you can time your visit for when the river boat is headed out for a tour, because that makes the view even prettier.

Lovers leap is a must see if you are visiting Hannibal. Offers great views of downtown Hannibal, river and the bridge to IL

It's worth the drive up the hill to see the view! Great spot to take pictures. There is a sign to tell you the history of Lovers Leap.

This is located on a tall hill that is drove up to. The view is beautiful. On the left is Hannibal and on the right is the Mississippi River.

What a view! You can see for miles down the mighty Mississippi. We were fortunate to see several ships traveling up and down the river while we were there. It's quite a site to see! We took several pictures here.
