The indoor theater was very nice. I thought the play was very funny. Parking was ok, and you did not feel cramped while in the theater.

Saw Ms. Saigon. Saw Addam's Family. Saw Stomp. All three good and very much worth the ticket price. There is something uniquely special about sitting outside under the stars watching a live theatre production. The Starlight is a KC must do!

Starlight Theatre is a fun night out - or take in every show with season tickets. Starlight is an old KC showpiece and is a beautiful venue to take in the outdoor concert or show. The theater is located in Swope Park Zoo complex and like all of KC, within easy reach from every part of the metro area.

We went to see Sound of Music on a pleasant, July night. It was about 75 degrees, clear night and a wonderful, pleasant place to watch a first-rate play. This is the best-kept secret in Kansas City for things to do. Only problem: they have some really strange shows they put on. Not very often do they have a family-friendly, popular-type show. They could work harder at finding what shows sell at other open-air theaters.

Me and my boyfriend attended the Blue Man Group here and we had no idea that it was an outside theatre until we got there, but the staff was so friendly and everything was right on time. The atmosphere was one of the highlights, when we're here, you feel like everyone is friends and from the same town. It's comfortable and very easy to enjoy yourself. Worst part=leaving. The traffic is a little crazy and people are too eager to leave.

Great concert, parking was good, a lot of food stands to choose from, Drinks a little bit costly. great sound system. very helpful staff that seat you.

Loved it but it was too cold for an outside activity. Went for a concert and just fell in love with the place. Can't wait to go back in the summer and I bet it will be hot. It is an open air theater.

Not a bad seat in the house, the sfaff is friendly and the theater under the stars is very romantic!

Love this big outdoor theatre. Just attended the Blue Man Group. Excellent show, excellent crowd. Bathrooms very accessible and clean. Concession food wasn't the greatest but again expectations were not high since it was concession food.Don't let little things stand in your way of an awesome experience at an outdoor theatre visit with friends and/or family.

I have lived in the area my entire life and never been to any performances here until this summer. I was blown away at how great this place was. Parking was easy, the place appeared brand new it was so clean and staff were all over the top friendly and helpful. There were plenty of options for food and drink reasonably. There is not a bad seat in the place. I can't wait to check out their schedule and go back. I would recommend for everyone.

This is an out door theater with changing to different plays/musicals every ? 4weeks. Only in summer/early fall.

I enjoyed the Alabama concert on Saturday night. This place does not have a bad seat where ever you sit. It is a beautiful setting and I always enjoying seeing shows and concerts in this venue.

The stadium seating is great, clean bathrooms and lots of food and drink options. We will for sure be going back!

A great place to of during the summer to see a play. This is a Kansas City treasure. You can sit outside and watch a good okay and even have a drink.
