boomtown casino biloxi

Get to Biloxi 2-3 times per year and asked several locals what Casino they like best - always Boomtown.We went there and played for 10 minutes - old Casino in bad need of updating. The Casino employee's were all friendly and nice, but that's where it ends.Too many other Casino's there to visit this one.

I always enjoy going to Boomtown. The weekend buffet with the seafood is amazing!!! In my opinion, the best in Biloxi! I like the games they have and the staff is very friendly. The point system is a little lacking though. They have a shuttle that will pick u up as well.

The Boomtown Casino probably has one of the best buffets in town. They also have an excellent steakhouse. The food is constantly changed at the buffet and they are known for Crab's legs.The casino is a fun place to play and the table games are excellent.

Place was rated best by locals but was taken back by the older games and higher than average bets. Wasn't the worst I've been to but wouldn't go back with all the other choices that are in Biloxi.

Terrible casino, worse food, my wife wouldn't stay more than 5 minutes. I asked her where she wanted to go and she said "Anywhere but here!" Don't even think about it!

I guess I rated it this way because I wasn't lucky here. The staff was very nice and helped me sign up for players card. There is much road construction going on in this area so traffic can back up. Go early or maybe I should have gone late?

Everything was fabulous service could have been a five,but I'm not a 5 person.I didn't win just enjoyed the food,drink and hospitality.

I think this is one of the older casinos in Biloxi. Has a country cowboy theme. Never got offered a drink here but they do have complimentary drinks at entrance that you get yourself. Machines are old. Would not visit here again.

1st trip there was a Sept 2014 - place was being renovated. 1/2 the machines were not working. Had fun and won some. But this time renovations were complete, machines were tight and not many people were winning at all. No Birthday specials. Bonus, Bathrooms extra clean & Buffet was fabulous.

Late afternoon visit. Sat at the 21+ 3 table - 3 pushy other players basically forcing other players to put extra on their side bets for them. Pit Boss nor dealer did anything. Neither had any personality or customer service skills. After about 15 minutes I ask the PB if a cocktail waitress could come by. I was told she comes every 20 minutes on rounds - ??? anywhere else they would call the bar for them to come. Played about 45 minutes - never a CW. Went to play slots with my husband and uncle. They were both doing okay - I didn't. Went to self serve drinks as I gave up on a cocktail. Only sodas and tap water. Neither do I drink. Finally got a drink from a CW and she was honest - the food & bev manager closed all bar except the back farthest bar and sent most of the CW home. Lovely I thanked her for that and the drink. I sat at one last machine closest to the door while waiting for my uncle. I hit enough to make up for the most part my losses there. Would not come back - 2 strikes and out!

I traveled on the bus and upon my arrival it was and older Casino. Loved the outside view. Played some on slots, and got my players card. Staff was very nice.

My wife wanted to try the Boomtown because it's under the same umbrella as the Hollywood casino so you can use the same players card. The casino has two rooms with slots, tables and a bar in each. My wife went to the slots and since I don't have any luck at the slots I go to what I call my "happy hour". I go to the bar because you get free drinks while playing the video poker machines. So for a few bucks you get a couple of drinks and still have a chance to win. The drinks end up being cheaper than happy hour at other bars. The best part is my wife walked out a winner.

very old customers and poor drink service. penny slots and greasy food is not for us..this is were some of the locals go and there needs to be some serious up grades.

This was a fun and casual casino. Kinda like a western atmosphere. Lots of machine choices too. More losses than wins, but that's the way the luck goes.

I come here every time we go to Biloxi and sometimes have good luck here but this was great. I hit a top jackpot on a slot machine and while they were gone to get my money and paperwork done I hit the small jackpot on the same machine. After settled, moved around the corner and did the same exact thing, top jackpot then small jackpot. I don't know but seems like maybe Boomtown has loosened up some...I'll be back.
