My husband surprised me with a prenatal (I'm 6 months pregnant with triplets) massage, facial and pedicure for my birthday. It was amazing! The whole place was immaculate and comfortable! The staff was friendly and made me feel pampered. The services I received were pleasant and relaxing, I felt like a queen!

I have never had such a bad manicure in all my life. The girl doing my nails, although very nice, had dirty hair. Her nails where chewed down to nothing and the small amount of polish on her nails was chewed off as well. The heat lamps were not working and she wiped the shalac off my nails twice. She attempted to fix it with horrible results. I would have gone back to have them fix it but I dont ever want to go there again. Most of the staff look like they are so misserable. The dark haired woman at the front desk was so rude and barely looked at me when I was checking out. I will never set foot in there again!

I get a massage every month here. I've also had half spa days for detox including lymph massage, facial, bath.

I live on the street, can't say enough good thnings about it.. Just sent my sister for a peel.. We are addicted !!!!

Rituals Spa does it right. From the moment you walk in the door and hear the soothing trickling of water from an exquisite wall sculpture, you can feel the stresses of a busy life start to melt away. The reception staff is professional, welcoming and warm and the service staff are all top-notch in their specialties. I've enjoyed individual and couples massages, reflexology, facials, plus a manicure and pedicure. All outstanding! You feel like royalty in the soft terry robe provided, sipping tea or lemon water and sampling tasty nuts or fruit while you await your service. (There is never a long wait - just enough time to "decompress.") The changing rooms, ornately decorated, have every amenity you could want including showers, blow dryers, sanitized combs and brushes,soft towels, body lotions, and soothing music. You will leave in an altered state of consciousness.

Went here for a deep tissue massage and it was lovely. The space itself is beautifully decorated and spotless. The massage room, table, linens were comfy and roomy. I really got a very good massage from Sarah and I can't wait to go back for another. They also sell some wonderful products. I would try a manicure/pedicure here too. The only request I would make to the owners would be to ask for a bit more quiet. There was a lot of voices out in the hallway and it was not just clients. People calling back and forth to each other was a bit disturbing. Overall- a great experience.
