I do not attend games regularly, but I have been to a few over the years. First, as you may have heard, there is not a bad seat in the stadium. The atmosphere is always upbeat and geared towards families with games, on field entertainment between innings, team/player interactions, and more.Food is just your typical fare with the typical prices. My most recant visit was "Scout Night". This started with an around the field "parade" (just a slow unorganized walk, that the kids loved). After the game there is a sleep over on the field with a movie on the big screen.A real great deal!More family things: they host birthday parties, there is also a small bounce house play area for the kids who get bored sitting, and the Mascots walk around quite often and pose for pictures and high-fives.I have never left disappointed.

We are from Maine. We have Hadlock Field, the Portland Seadogs. This stadium was so sad. There were maybe 200 people there. It was empty. Took us so long to find it. The snacks selection is very limited and the help was so bored and seemed to be bothered when we orders popcorn and water. The announcer drove us crazy. Pronounce the words without dragging them out. They played a few games with the crowd but not many. The atmosphere was so different than Hadlock. Hadlock is amazing and I appreciate it and what the employees do for the spectators more now. Really hope they can improve this place. We ended up leaving early.

Let me start with this. I am a radio announcer so I was not there to scout out the stadium. I was there to go on CT Tigers radio. I have to say... I love this stadium! The forest background is really nice and I thought the stadium in General was excellent. There are good choices for food and the press box is beautiful. Can't wait to be back!

I have been going to Dodd Stadium for almost 20 years now. Driving to the ballpark is very easy and you don't have to worry about your car window being broken by a foul ball when you park. All of the seats are close to the field and if you sit close enough, you can here the players talking to each other. Ticket prices are low and you are bound to see a future big league player in any game that you attend. This is a true hidden gem of a ballpark due to it's ease of access, sight-lines, ticket prices and parking.

Great place to see a game. Cheap prices and not a bad seat in the house. I wish more people came out to support the team as this really is a great place.

We went here for the Antique Car Show and it was great. They had a Lego competition going on and after the cars were voted on, the winners drove around the baseball field to get their metals. IT was a nice time.

We took our kids here for a baseball game and it is a nice little stadium. They also have some nice car shows here every once in a while that we have took the kids to. It is definitely a nice place to go with the family!

A wonderful ballpark with "not a bad seat in the house". Inexpensive outing for a family even those on a budget...

Dodd Stadium is a great facility with 18 skyboxes, a wide open concourse that provides an unobstructed view of the field from all concession points, a stadium club, video scoreboard and other features that make it an enjoyable venue for minor league games and other events. Over the past 19 years, many prominent Yankees, Giants and now some Tigers have played there. The quality of play in the New York Penn League is not quite as good as when the Eastern League had a facility but still the pitching and defense is quite strong.

Great place to catch minor league baseball game! Can't go wrong for the price, and is very family friendly.

Affordable! This is a place for your teens on a date. $3.00 to park. All parking is close by, well lit, visible and safe. There is not a bad seat in the house to see the field. There is even a picnic area to bring your own food that you can use while watching the game. Food is average ball park food a bit pricey but they have to make their money somehow. You can bring your own and make it healthy and be the envy of those around you. The team players are very young and very nice. No primadonna behavior is acceptable. The players tossed balls to the kids, signed autographs for when they hit the big leagues, Could not have been nicer. Staff thanked us for attending as we left the gates. Traffic was well managed as we exited. Could not have been made better!

If you are a baseball fan, Dodd Stadium is a great place to see up and coming players hone their skills. Sometimes you may also get to see a Major Leaguer on a rehab assignment,The stadium itself is nice with great seats all over and pretty good food at really reasonable prices. It's a place for the entire family to get the baseball experience without breaking the family bank!

Beautiful park, clean and kid-friendly. elderly-friendly, and handicapped-friendly. Located at the top of a hill in the Norwich Industrial Park, nice big-sky view--HINT: night games on a clear, blue-sky day yield these awesome aqua-to-midnight-blue-fade skies that are a must-see in themselves. The park has great seating; you're very close to the action. Although it is no longer a minor league affiliate of any of our local major league teams, it is still a great place for lovers of the game to see the up-and-comers and to do your own "scouting". Very, very nice venue, plenty of on-site parking. Inexpensive tickets. All the usual baseball-related concessions. Sometimes have fireworks after a game; used to be Friday night home games, not sure if they still do that (inquire). Sometimes have giveaways, and there are fun games in-between innings to keep you entertained...a fun time for all. Highly recommend, if you love baseball or even just want to do something different with the kids, grandpa, or a wheelchair-bound person.

like any baseball venue, you are into the game at the first pitch. The excitement of the game keeps you glued to your seat. Grab you popcorn, peanuts, hotdogs & soft drinks. This is a place for good family entertainment.

Nice stadium to take young kids. It's small enough so you feel comfortable but large enough for the kids to really get the feel of a ball park. We've even been lucky a few times to catch the fire works after the game. Kids love it.
