If you are looking for a beautiful sailing experience for 2 or 3 hours I highly recommend Captain Darin and his lovely boat named Poet's lounge.We sailed for three hours and it was such a fabulous experience! Captain Darin Keech is not only kind, experienced but he creates a very special experience based on what you would like to do.I wanted to help sail Poet's Lounge and I did. It was just the two of us and I will come back again one day to do this again and again.I recommend a reservation as he has such a great reputation!

As part of a weekend celebration for my husband's birthday, with the help of the Inn at Stonington, I was able to charter the Poet's Lounge for a beautiful afternoon sail. Captain Darin Keech helped to create a wonderful memory for my husband and two of our friends. We spent a perfect afternoon cruising the waters off of Noank and around Fisher's Island. Captain Keech pointed out unusual land formations, lighthouses and even spotted some seals for us. He is a very knowledgable and experienced Captain. The boat is older but lovely and has character. Perfect for up to 6 people. Next time, and there will be a next time, we will bring a bottle of wine. Can't wait to hop aboard again! Thanks for a wonderful afternoon, Captain Keech.
