This has an awesome pumpkin patch & you pay to go inside. They have pony rides for a small fee, They have hay rides, corn mazes, hay mazes, little piglets running around & sheep. My granddaughter adores this place. We stay until almost closing. The guy at the stand gave Tori a box of popcorn & she fed the piglets the popcorn plus green little corns. She had to hug each animal before she left & kissed the sheep. So adorable. It's a great family day. Christmas trees are simply gorgeous there & cut fresh so you won't get a stale one. Or cut your own.
We love Pell Farm for high quality, reasonably priced trees, shrubs and plants. The staff is always pleasent and helpful. Some of our best specimens came from there.
We went to Pell farm 10/05/2013 with our son and grandson. Pell farm is a fun place nestled in Somers, Ct. It is located at 96 Kibbe Grove Road, so plug it into your GPS, this is farm country folks. We went on a weekend so we could take advantage of the mazes, petting zoo, hay ride and the pony ride. It cost us $5 per person and another $3 for the pony ride. To us this was money well spent. We had a great time and my grandson was smiling all day long. For families with young kids this is a wonderful adventure. Bring your digital camera. You can buy some snacks on the weekend or bring your own. They have ample porta-potties and picnic tables. You can buy pumpkins and pet food if desired. Check them out at www.pell-farm.com.
