victorian day spa

This is located in what looks like a residential house on a busy street.In the check in area is a bathroom and there was not any thing to dry my hands with. I saw a small tray next to the sink but it was empty. Perhaps it has small towels on it usually? I noticed part of the faucet was broken off on the sink so I didn't get a very positive first impression of the facility.I was brought upstairs to the massage room and sat in a small reception area that had the previous customers used water glasses sitting on the table. The massage was good however I never really could relax as there was alot of noise from the cars on the street outside and also the entrance door to the spa down on the first floor slammed open and closed several times. I understand the noise from the outside is not under the spa's control but I just wanted to mention it.I felt a bit rushed after the treatment to go right downstairs to pay. I would have liked a few minutes to sit and relax before leaving but no one offered this to me.There is a few parking spots on the side of the building. I was lucky and someone was leaving when I was arriving. There is several spots behind the spa but there are large signs indicating the spots are only for another business next door. I think I would have had to find a spot on the street if the one spot hadn't opened for me.
