We enjoy going to the stables for the holiday events that they host. Neither of my kids is old enough for riding lessons yet but I am sure we will be there for those in a year or two. We are so happy to have them here. Great wonderful family place! Thanks to Angie and Bill for all that they do!

Angie, the owner, is all about the horses and making sure you have a great time. They have everything from horses to a petting zoo to a pig named Bacon Bits! She also does Christian based summer classes for kids, and horse drawn buggy rides at Christmas and for weddings. There is even a live nativity at Christmas. If your in the are stop by for a trail ride or to visit the animals. You will truly be blessed!!

I have taken to children and one grandchild for summer "Horse Camp" in 2013 and also 2014 .the children had so much fun. They also learned many facets of the horse world and also the word of God. All 3 children enjoyed their camp and are planning to attend again this year. The camp is geared to all ages of children and also all levels of knowledge. No one is made to feel left out or inadequate. Thank you Angie and your friendly staff for making the time at the stables awesome.p.s. Angie also offers many other options for adults as well.

My daughter has taken riding lessons at Pfeiffer Stables for 3 years now. She LOVES it!! She can ride different horses if she wants, in the fields or on the trails, with friends or with the leaders. Trail rides are a great activity, even for those with no riding experience! There are other animals and play sets to keep her little brother occupied also. My daughter participated in her first horse show last year, had her birthday party there and helped with a summer riding camp! It's a very comfortable, welcoming place, and there's always tons to do with horses! :)

I as a english riding student here at Pfeiffers would recommend this place to anybody who loves horses and loves to ride! She is a wonderful teacher and the trail here is awesome! I love Pfeiffers Riding Stable! In my opinion the rating scales need to be bigger because I would give it a 10!

The farm is close to town and easy to find yet far enough to enjoy the nature. The horses take to beginners very well. Everyone there is very kind and generous.

I have been riding here for about 5 years now. Its somewhere I can go go when i need to get things off my mind. Its a great place for kids and adults or somehwere to go with your family and friends. I now board my horse at this farm and i wouldn't want to board him anywhere else. Come by and check it out. You wont regret it. Best place ever.

My daughter has been going to the farm for 5 years now. She loves it there. She has learned so much about horse's from Angie and her children. She has been volunteering there and helping with horse camp and trail rides. She now has her own horse which we keep on the farm. Its a great place for everyone and as a parent I always know my child is in good hands when she's there. Angie has done great things for the community we love her and are glad she is here. Excellent instruction during lessons. The trail rides are throughly enjoyable and fun for the whole family. Also the horses are well trained. Love being around the different variety of animals that they offer. Friendly and professional staff.

I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and had a great time. The horses were well trained and the environment was super friendly. Our trail guides Anne, Jessica, and Angie provided us with a great tour and many historical fun facts about the area as we enjoyed our ride. I would definitely do this again and recommend it to anyone. Great job!!

Yes, about 3 years ago I went riding with Angie, and this second time was even better, somehow!A true gallop,... wading in the cove- on horseback... Angie always knows a way to help you to grow more comfortable, and have an even better adventure than the last time! Do still need to work on my gallop positioning!I sincerely appreciate that Angie does not behave like a businesswoman with a successful riding stable... and her horses don't even seem like the 'typical' ride either. Somehow, her soul, her character and the woods and coves of the Eastern Shore meld into a magical experience, something that transform you from the person you were when you mounted the horse, to the rider, and friend that are as you walk back to your vehicle, with a smile on your face, and another thought of... "I'm not going to wait so long to do this again!" All the Best to Angie, her terrific husband, and family!PS: This was the perfect cure for an unpleasant stay at a local cottage rental on B. Bluff. The water was great therapy for me and the horse : ) Thanks again Angie.

I went horseback riding with two inexperienced teens and their grandmother who had never been on a horse. The staff was very supportive and the trails were lovely through the woods then a view of the beautiful waterfront surrounding Cape Charles. Would highly recommend this for a group or family activity. They also had several barn animals which added to the fun!

This horse farm is very well maintained. The horses are a pleasure. the staff is like one giant family. Your are welcomed in as soon as you show up. The ride through woods opens up to a great view of Kings Creek. Well worth the trip here.

My sister and I took a trail ride at Pfeiffer Riding Stables and really enjoyed it. We're both beginners, but had no trouble at all. The horses know the trail and follow commands well. We rode through the woods, along the river and trotted a bit back to the stable. The guides are experienced and the owner was very nice too. We had no problems booking, getting there, riding, paying. Great experience!
