The experts who restore vintage films will let you see them, for free, in a pristine theater on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.Think classic movie channel comes to life. Bogart on the big screen, so you can fully appreciate the charisma your grandmother swooned over but you just can't see. Last night we attended a double feature of 1939 films starring Cary Grant, Carole Lombard, Ginger Rogers and David Niven. One of the archivists introduces each film, so we get a bit of the history that we didn't know walking in.Just lovely.Caveat: This is more like a museum experience than a regular night at the movies.
