Last weekend we rented bikes and let the shuttle take us up the trail. Good experience with this business. We showed up 30mins before our reserved time, were fitted for bikes, loaded up on a bus and off we went. Were at the trailhead in 30 mins. We'd use this company again.

Very helpful/friendly staff. We rented bikes and transport from them for the Virginia Creeper Trail. Made our day easy and pleasant. Definitely would recommend.Make sure and make a reservation if going on the weekend.

Nice, friendly people. We had reservations, but arrived earlier than planned & they put us on the next shuttle. The ride to the Whitetop Station was great & we had a friendly knowledgable driver. The bikes worked well & were in good shape. I would use them again. Fun day.

The weather was picture perfect for our ride; cool and sunny. We had a great experience with the Adventure Damascus bike company. We got fitted for our bikes and were shuttled up to White Top Station. The front brakes on my partner's bike had come undone after the shuttle but we knew how to fix the problem - unfortunately it happened several times on the way down the mountain. Her seat also kept shifting and falling down into the shaft. We are both fairly experienced riders and knew how to fix the problems that arose but also knew that they shouldn't be happening. Anyway- we had a fabulous ride. We really took our time, stopped often for photos, and for snacks, and had a great lunch at the Creeper Cafe. When we got back to the shop we explained to a young man named Carlton that although we had had a wonderful time on the ride the one bike had not handled the way it should have. He took our concerns seriously, had someone pull the bike out and look at it, and determined that the problems were not from our lack of experience or knowledge and he refunded her entire fee; for both the shuttle and the bike rental. We had thought about using another company in the future, but due to the way Carlton handled the situation we will definitely use Adventure Damascus on all our future rides on the Creeper Trail. We will also be sure to check the brakes, the seat, and any thing else we can think of! We understand there is no way the company can check every bike every time it is returned and rely on customers to bring problems to their attention so we are fairly sure this could have happened with any other company we'd used. We were very pleased and had a great day.

They were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient with getting us prepared for our riding the trail, pointed out key locations and point of interest.

My teenage son and I came to ride the Creeper Trail, and never having been to Damascus before, I selected Adventure Damascus randomly--wow! From my first contact with them via telephone to make a reservation, to selecting/renting bikes and shuttle service, these folks were the best! Everyone was so genuinely nice and helpful that after riding from White Top to Damascus, we returned the next day to ride the other half of the trail from Abingdon to Damascus. From the minute we walked in the door, we felt at home. The young man at the counter, Cory, was great, and so was our shuttle driver (I did not get his name, sorry). The shuttle driver even asked if anyone needed to sit in the front seat due to motion sickness on the winding mountain road to White Top--super accommodating! We enjoy biking for fun, not Olympic training, so we're not familiar with all the fancy bicycle gear, and the folks at Adventure Damascus are not "bicycle snobs." The comfort bike I rented was comfy and easy to ride. My son rented a mountain bike and was thrilled with his bike. All kinds of people--in a wide range of physical shapes--were renting bikes from them. We loved the Creeper Trail, and the folks at Adventure Damascus made our experience that much better. We will definitely be back to ride the Creeper Trail, and we will definitely return to Adventure Damascus.

Damascus is a hidden treasure. It is a leisure cyclist mecca. The guys at Adventure Damascus were polite, helpful and flexible. We had reservations for Thursday morning but the weather looked real iffy so at the last minute when we pulled into town we decided to do the trail that afternoon. Adventure Damascus was able to provide transportation to Whitetop Mountain where we cruised downhill along the Virginia Creeper Trail for 17 miles. The seats on their bikes were very comfortable and we didn't encounter any problems with the bikes on the trail. Even if we did, they would come and give us another one. I am ready to did it again!!!

We used Adventure Damascus for our family's trip on the VA Creeper Trail. Rent their bicycles or bring your own. A van carries riders & bicycles to the trail head & you ride the Creeper back to Damascus. They are efficient & friendly with fair prices.

There are lots of bike rentals and shuttles in Damascus. Adventure Damascus was our choice. It is located right downtown in Damascus and was an easy walk from our lodgings. The staff was friendly and courteous. Our driver was particularly careful going up the mountain to make sure no one suffered too much from the winding roads. Our bikes were in good condition for the ride down, and the staff was helpful when we returned. We didn't compare pricing, primarily because the price seems reasonable.

We decided to take the family on the Creeper trail for the 17 mile ride from Whitetop Mtn down to Damascus. We decided to rent bikes and get shuttle at Adventure Damascus. We went during the week so they offered an additional 20% discount on bike rental & shuttle service. Bikes were in good condition, provided helmets for everyone's safety, bottled water and a nice ride up to Whitetop. If you need to buy anything related to biking, from the looks of their shop, they definitely had it for sale!!BTW...Creeper trail is awesome...if you haven't done it yet and are in the area, make time to do this adventure!!

We decided to bike the Creeper Trail from White Top Mountain to Damascus to celebrate my 54th birthday. After searching the web for outfitters to rent bikes from , we decided on Adventure Damascus. We are so glad that we did. The people were so friendly and helpful! They really seemed to enjoy their work. The rates were reasonable. The bikes were comfortable and in good shape. They even supplied us each with a bottle of water for the ride. Our shuttle was loaded and left on schedule. On the ride up the mountain, the driver was very pleasant and offered lots of information about the trail. The ride was beautiful and all downhill or flat. The upper portion of the trail was resurfaced this year , so the trail was very well maintained. We are planning to do the trail again sometime with our daughters and will absolutely make our plans thru Adventure Damascus.

We rented bikes and were shuttled to the Creeper Trail by Adventure Damascus. They are great outfitters. We made reservations but were rained out that day and they had no problem reserving a spot the next day. The trail is beautiful and all downhill! We went during the week and there were very few people. I hear the weekends are very crowded.
