arena racing usa

I won some tickets to the Arena Racing in Richmond last night. I wasn't sure what I was getting into, so the family and I went over to the coliseum to check it out. To my surprise, it was really a fun event to watch and I will go back the next time they race. The cars look like mini stock cars and are driven by adults and they have a youth division. They are about 3 times the size of a large go cast, but go much faster. The race on a banked track and have all the spin outs and wrecks like a NASCAR event but on a much smaller scale. The races are only about 10 min long so the kids don't get bored. They also do all the fun stuff like throw out t-shirts and let the kids start the races etc.. Give it a try, you will enjoy it.

We enjoyed it. The cars were very fast. We love the new pace car.We wish it would come back to Hampton Roads!
