rasawek hunting preserve

First time experience hunting at this preserve was excellent. After being greeted by the staff and explained the shooting rules, four of us with three well trained dogs and guide hit the woods and fields. The short haired pointing dogs were the best. Never a problem. This type of preserve the quail are released way in advance and covey on their own. Just like the wild birds used to be many, many years ago. We found several coveys and many single birds. Our shooting started off slow by missing many easy shots but improved at the morning processed. Hunted from 10AM to !PM. and shot 16 birds. Back to the Lodge for a lunch prepared by the staff of the birds shot that day. Wonderful experience and the staff headed up by owner Don Pars were extremely the best. We will return soon.
