williamsburg premium outlets

The Williamsburg Premium Outlets offers a large number of stores with pretty standard offerings in terms of prices and selection. I was happy to see more food vendors/fast food than similar malls.

The outlet stores and the entire facility was in good condition, clean and friendly. Traffic flow and parking can be an issue, but I haven't been to an outlet mall where it wasn't!When you go, be sure to stop by the Kettle Corn stand on the corner...it's delicious! My wife and I got one bag, then went back by before we left to get another larger bag to take home.

went during the Christmas holidays when it can be hectic; however, all stores that we visited had the nicest and accommodating staff.

We always have a good time browsing around the outlets for buys. This experience was no different! Lots of fun!

Everyone was happy to help in every store I went into. The staff was super friendly in every store, especially at IZOD, Columbia, and Sketchers. Don't forget you AAA card for an extra 10% off!

Loved the prices. Great location and the offered military discount. Make sure you have all day to really enjoy shopping. I wished there more restaurants at the outlet.

Just like every other outlet lots of stores having sales. Not impressed but I am not the shopper in the family. But, I did spend more money than the wife here.

Sometimes I think this place is more popular than Colonial Williamsburg as on most of our visits there it is much more crowded! This is one of the largest outlet malls we have visited, with several sections you really want to drive to rather than walk. Stores are mostly upscale, service good, and coupons you can print online help with the prices. Lots of specials and worth a stop.

I have visited here previously, but this was my first time visiting in the winter. Every time I come here, I find a great bargain but this time I also received exceptional customer service as well! All the stores I visited had very courteous staff (Nike, Reebok, Eddie Bauer, Hanes) but the Nine West staff, especially Debbie, were willing to go the extra mile. They even called me to let me know they found my boot size so I could get them before leaving Williamsburg. Since I wear a size 12(they are difficult to find at times) I really appreciated that! Then Lori or Lauren (I cannot remember her name at the moment)at Lane Bryant was so kind to me (helful and not pushy)while I was looking for shirts and accessories. It was a pleasant experience! With customer service like that, who would not want to make a purchase? All I can say is if you need a bargain right now and can stand walking around from store to store in the cold, it is worth the visit! Even if you do not like the cold weather, I suggest you visit anyway. :-) I am sure you will find a bargain just like I did!

I love to shop and I love coming here to shop so many stores to see just park your car and walk around the outdoor outlet some of my favorites Dooney and Burke, Michael Kors, the kitchen collection, Polo, etc etc etc...you do not want to visit Williamsburg and not stop here.

Was very busy the weekend we were here. Trying to find a parking spot was next to impossible. I did not find the prices to be very good compared to other outlet malls. The only thing I bought was a sweater. My husband did find some great deals at the Lee, Wrangler, Vanity Fair outlet down the road. It was an ok way to kill a few hours but not much else.

This particular outlet was very big with many stores. It was the holiday season so as expected it was very busy. The only problem we experienced was when we ate in the food court. Both restaurants we got food from were understaffed for the size crowd there and they kept running out of food. It was great for the kids to see Santa walking around and hear the carolers. We will certainly be back!

I mostly am reviewing this because of superior customer service I experienced in most of the shops. It was a busy holiday weekend, no parking, huge crowds, people pushing strollers. Stores were mobbed yet clerks in polo smilingly helped me with sizes, the north face clerk smiled and helped me graciously. Harry and David folks strolled about passing about their yummy samples, showing me what I wanted. I have no idea how these people keep it together like that for the holiday season. The young lady at Kate spade was so lovely, I left with 2 bags I really didnt need. Great experience except for people need to be aware of the space they take up. Don't talk on a cell phone while in busy crowds and strollers should almost be banned from stores other than children stores during peak times.

Shocked that we hit all the shops and spent zero. Beautiful December day but nothing special...nothing different...and no outlet deals. My wallet thanks you!

While in the area for a soccer tournament, my daughter went to a movie in the evening, so my husband and I had time to ourselves. We decided to walk and hit the stores of the outlet mall. While parking was tight with all the people there, it wasn't unexpected. We walked around almost the entire complex and saw almost everything you could find at an outlet mall. Good shopping and browsing experience. Good place to kill time while in the area.
