This is a very small theater. It's good for an up-close experience. Don't sit in the back row in front of the stage, though. It is very hard to see unless there is some one who is shorter sitting in front of you. You have to shift from side to side every time they move their head. Seats are small too. It is a good value though.

Loved this theatre. Plays are always well done. Need to get tickets ahead of time as it fills up fast. Great value. Friendly staff.

Love going to WLT but this show . . . was different. I got it and it had some funny moments but it was slightly disjointed. Looking forward to the next show in November. Probably only the 2nd show there I didn't care for in about 10 years.

Very intimate small theatre. You feel part of the performance. Good quality entertainment. Good value. Certainly worth while.

Going to Winchester Little Theatre is a great way to spend the evening. They have many types of plays and musicals throughout the year. All the actors/actresses have great talent!

What a great find! We came to Winchester for a quick birthday getaway, and the concierge at our hotel (The George Washington - another great find!) suggested we might enjoy the nearby theater. We're so glad she did! The theater is in an old train building and is small. This makes for an intimate setting and ease of getting about. The actors were local but highly professional. We genuinely enjoyed the evening and will be back!

Small theatres are having a difficult time surviving the economy. The Winchester Theatre offers a wide variety of shows. All of the seat are good because the actors are almost touchable. It is an older site, but a wonderful experience.

Wonderful little theatre. Intimate and cozy. It is so amazing what they are able to accomplish in this small venue. The actors and everyone involved in the productions are very dedicated and talented.

This theater's annual Children's productions are absolutely amazing and are not to be missed. The talent is solid and both children and adults can enjoy quality live theater at reasonable cost.

Winchester Little Theater is a local fixture. They put on varied plays each season and the local folks who contibute talent and enthusiasm give all perfomances a good vibe.

I have attended plays at the intimate and charming Winchester Little Theatre for several years, with each show's cast and staging very professional. They have several shows a year ranging from comedies, mysteries, dramas, and an occasional musical. The volunteers in front of and behind the scenes all seem very passionate about putting on high quality performances in a historic (old train station) building. Definitely check it out!

I highly recommend this Little Theatre group to all. If you live in Winchester (as I do), enjoy and enjoy often. If you are a Winchester/Northern Shenandoah Valley visitor, time your visit to coincide with one of WLT's productions. Winchester offers nice strolls with interesting architecture, fabulous restaurants and the outstanding Winchester Little Theatre.

My wife and I were in Winchester, VA for our wedding anniversary and since we enjoy theater (and Hitchcock) we thought we would get tickets to see the performance of "The 39 Steps". What a hoot! It's is so encouraging to see a local theater group that really enjoys putting together a top notch (and hilarious) performance. I can't speak for other performances at this theater but "The 39 Steps" was worth more than the price of admission. Funny, entertaining, well-acted, and just a rollicking good time. We highly recommend checking out this theater if you are in the area of Winchester, VA..
