We had no problem getting a lane on a Sunday afternoon. The wait staff was super friendly, and when we couldnt get a game to work, we got free credits. We also enjoyed the upscale burgers and tater tots. The place seemed high-end, but not too expensive. The shoes were pretty new, and not too fresh. I have also enjoyed 2 corporate parties here, and the Bowlmor people spared no expense when using the private room with a separate bar. The food is always upscale, and there was genuine care from the staff. The videos were 80's We would like unlimiited billiards, but otherwise, all good.
First of all ... opened a bar tab ... then found out it didn't carry to my bowling lane ... open ANOTHER tab for food and drinks on my lane. Open a 3rd account to bowl (had to). So, after 2.5 hours of 6 games, 3 drinks, order of chicken wings (shared) and 2 shoe rentals (3 tabs) ... i'm out $97.22 .. NOT CHEAP .. next day a 4th charge shows up for $53.53 ($150.75 TOTAL) .. I call them on Monday and the manager says he'll get back with me after he looks into it. 2 hours later, no phone call, I go there in person. Manager seems surprised. after over a half hour he finds the $53.53 receipt and guess what ?? It's not MY SIGNATURE and it was after I left. I'm told that because it was already closed out that he could not do anything about it. I would have to file with the bank ... ME .. I HAVE TO FIX THEIR MISTAKE ?? REALLY ?? ... He's a General Manager and can't issue a refund on a very clear mistake on their part ?? ... I've made 2 trips to the bank (gas and time) a trip to Bowlmor (gas and time) totally rearranged MY SCHEDULE for their mistake. I was offered coupons !!! Really ?? I just wanted my money back ... and now ... you have this review posted for pushing me aside and treating me very unprofessionally. While I am quite upset (and i'm holding back) ... these are simply the facts and if the bank denies my petition ... further action will have to be taken on my part (more time and probably more gas) Sincerely and quite Disappointed Customer.
This place is huge! We havent been bowling as a family in ages, so it was an eye opener. Big screen TVs over the lanes playing the Cowboys game and music videos. Very dim lighting. Our waitress stopped by once to introduce herself and once to ask if we wanted to eat. We never saw her again, so we went to the bar to get our drinks. The lanes and the bowling set up were great, but it was really dark and a bit difficult to see. The shoes were clean and new, as was the place in general. Overall, we had a very good time.
I guess I don't bowl much and realized its really expensive, sheesh...I miss bowling as a kid and the parents paid for it. SHEESHA really nice atmosphere though. I went on a Friday Evening after the Guy Torry comedy show and the Music was pumping (do people still say that) I guess "turnt up" is better slang :-)We sat at the bar, I don't drink, but Chrissy was our server and she was fun and friendly. Ordered Salad (#HealthNut) my friend got the Crab Spinach Artichoke Dip, that was tasty. So definitely a place to go hang out chill with friends or your boo thang!
The outside of the building does this location no justice! The establishment is gorgeous, and not what you would expect from a bowling alley. Very clean, modern, and friendly. I've been to Lucky Strike in the past and this place runs rings around it.
I had been here several years ago when it was 300 Dallas. They recently changed their name to Bowlmor Dallas. They no longer have the bowling ball bar where you ordered your ball by weight and hole size. Without this service, you'd expect the price to be cheaper, but not so much. It's just your average bowling alley with flashy lights, a bar/food menu, and an expensive bill at the end.
I organized a company outing here and everyone had a great time. It's very clean and has a much nicer ambience than your typical bowling alley. I would definitely go again.
Been going here for years. Never gets old! A little pricey at times but usually it is worth it. great food
Quite expensive, but very comfortable. We had fun! They put us in a private side room with about 8 lanes, that is available for parties.
Great bowling atmosphere, pool, drinks, and arcade area... can get a little bit pricey but one of the best bowling alleys in the area
I decided to have my pre-b'day event here at 300. I'd visited a few years ago and have always wanted to come back. This place is an excellent choice for adults looking for something other than the "norm" when it comes to bowling. Communition with the catering manager was excellent! She made the contractual process extremely easy. I also love the fact that I received an actual bowling pin for guests to sign and leave comments. I will cherish this for a life time. I believe it is noteworthy to mention that the food (pizza & wings) were really good (especially the wings). The unlimited sodas were a good touch for those not wanting beer or other beverages. The only issue I has was with the margaritas. There were EXTREMELY weak! Also, our personal server was really good in the beginning, but as the night became busier, it was hard to find him. I was under the impression that he was only suppose to cover the private party area but I could be wrong on that. Overall, we had a great time! I definitely plan to use them again if ever needed.
Bowling with waiters! The food was good, there was a nice game room. The kids were impressed. Fun place.
