The guide on the boat was good with telling stories, but it wasn't worth the ride across the lake to see the town of Bluffton (that was deliberately flooded in the 1930's). It was mainly a bunch of broken bottles and bricks - not any buildings still standing. The ride might be nice if you actually go across the river.
