rocky creek park

1.5 hour, easy drive from Houston. I've stayed at this park half a dozen times. It has very good amenities. 2 boat ramps, 1 on each side of the park. Clean restrooms/showers. Nice nature trails. Most of the campsites have trees and a covered picnic table, but not all of them. The lake is not overly crowded with boaters. I don't think I have ever not seen deer when driving though this park. The only thing I don't like is that the campsites are not very secluded. Other than that it is a great park.
