I have a 6 year old and 3 year old and they have a lot of fun when we go. We had my son's birthday party there and it worked out really well. It is not as big as Hawaiian Falls and there are not the big water slides that you see at Hawaiian Falls or any of the other water parks. But if you want a smaller place to swim and have fun with younger kids, this cannot be beat. It is also small enough that you can keep your eyes on the children and your table at all times.

The Community Activity Center in Flower Mound offers a small waterpark experience for families on a budget. It costs $6 for adults and $4 for kids if you are residents of Flower Mound ($8 and $6 if you are not). There is an indoor pool with diving boards and also a mini rock climbing wall the kids can scale before jumping back into the water. The outdoor area has two large water slides, a mini-lazy river (no inner tubes; just body floating); a little vortex (that whirls you around in its current), and a play structure (basically a small playground with a couple of tot slides, soft landing, and water features, including a dumping bucket). The outdoor waterpark also has a concession stand. This experience is best for kids age 5-12 who are swimming. It would probably bore children over 12. Once you pay to go in, that entry gives you access to the indoor pool/outdoor waterpark, locker rooms, fitness center, and game room (with air hockey, wii, shuffleboard, ping pong, foosball, pool, etc.), so you can stay a bit longer and play or exercise as well. It's not an impressive park, but it's cheap and clean, and my kids enjoyed it. Go on a weekday to avoid crowds.

My daughter has been attending ballet/tap classes there. This semester, after already starting off in our usual room, they moved us to a windowless, bar less, and floors not made for tap. As matter of fact, the instructor told the kids they cant wear their tap shoes during class because they could fall on this floor. When I asked for a manager., a young girl stated she was the manager of the community center, but on their website she is listed as: Program coordinator. She wasn't helpful, didn't not once apologize. and said basically that group classes are priority and they get to just move us. Also stated she wasn't sure if we would even get a refund (only had 1 class since new session) because she wasn't in charge of that.Service is #1 to me. If Service and quality matter to you, I recommend going elsewhere.I emailed the Real manager. I will update my review if I get better results. Such as a SAFE Environment and a dance room that we started off with...
