Huge venue. We always enjoy bowling, and games. The kids love the laser tag. Watch for Groupons or coupons to make this outing a bit more affordable!

Met up here with some co-workers for a Monday night activity. Great Happy Hour Experience. Food was alright. Worked out well.

Paid $109 for 1 hr of bowling which was highly expensive! Wait staff didn't come by our table for 30 min. Got drinks seriously 5 minutes before our 1hour was up. On top of that she forgot 2 of them. Had to wait another 15 min for the check. Games are ridiculous on price ranging from $1.25 to $3.00 for 1 game. Ummm that's a rip off. Lazer tag is $8 person 1 hr wait. Just not worth the money here!

Many games that kids and parents can play together. The kids in our party especially liked the laser tag. Food was average,

Absolutely horrible service!!! I've been coming here for years and it just continues to get worse. Servers no longer come out to you, you have to go to the bar and ask for one, and then when you ask they act like you are a thorn in their side. We come to play pool because there isn't alot of pool halls that are non smoking in Dallas, and the equipment is broken. The tips of the sticks are broken and the weights are missing. Corporate will be contact because this past experience has really put a bad taste in my mouth.

Well, we drove almost an hour to bring our kids here on a Saturday - around 3:30pm. Lots of music and activity going on. We purchased the "unlimited" wrist band for $17.95 for unlimited bowling, lasertag and billiards. What a crock! Supposed to have rock climbing wall, mini-golf, and gravity ropes (which this location does not have). We were told there was a two hour wait for bowling lanes, which we happily waited. We spent an additional $25.00 to let our kids do the karaoke room, and paid $1.00 per song on top of that. Then we purchased the funcards so they could play in the arcade since we were STILL waiting to bowl. When we were finally called to bowl (we had two lanes - one lane with four preteens/teens, and one with five adults). At 45 minutes in to our game (we were on our 7th frame), a pop-up on our screen said we had 15 minutes to finish. Okay, we bowled fast, we weren't drinking, and we had ordered a huge platter of appetizers since we had a large group. At the 3 minute mark, an employee came and wanted us to clean up one of the lanes (put on shoes, clear away the food, etc.) because someone else wanted a lane. We hadn't even finished our ONE game. They told us we could get back on the waitlist for another game - which was a THREE HOUR wait! Unacceptable. We waited already for two hours to get this lane, and wouldn't have even got to finish one game (except at this point I really complained, so they gave us an extra fifteen minutes). I would never recommend this place to anyone who is watching their budget and expecting and "unlimited" (UMMMM....false advertise much?) time bowling, when there is only lasertag or billiards left to do, which were also already full. I think we (as a couple, not as a group) spent over $80 just to bowl (not including the $90 we spent on food, $175 on funCards, $28 on karaoke), and we didn't even get a full game without being shooed out and having to fight to get to finish the one game. Not acceptable or good business.

We booked a group event at the Main Event in Plano for our annual Christmas gathering. We had a group of 18, and were able to book an everything but video games package for $19.95 a person. We arrived at our scheduled time, and had to reconfirm some deals of our booking upon arriving. Once we were set up, our group bowled, played laser tag, and bowled some more. The facility is clean, open, and a lot of fun for a group setting.Employees were friendly and helpful. They could of used a few more wait staff. Even though we were there early, there wasn't enough staff to serve drinks etc. Will definitely go back!!!!!

We are in Plano for a tournament and my 14yo daughter and her team decided to go to Main Event in Plano. After all, they appear to have all kinds of fun attraction and THEIR OWN ADVERTISEMENTS (radio, TV, and online) state that they have a Holiday Fun Pass for $18 that allows unlimited bowling, billards, and laser tag. When we got there, their employee saw a big group and wanted to work out a "deal". When we got to the register, suddenly, the amout was $33 per person! This included, guess what? Bowling, Laser Tag, and Billards!!! When we queried about the special, we were told this was WRONG. The ONLY thing they could do for $18 was play laser tag. I do not know if the entire establishment runs this scam or if they have one DISGUSTING employee who saw 15 teenaged girls from out of town and thought he could easily screw them over. I would not recommend anyone to enter this establishment unless you simply enjoy being robbed blind. I also do not appreciate any business that victimizes their customers, especially when my own children are among that group. If you choose to go, make sure to take at least twice as much money as is reasonable, know that their ads are a lle (per their own employee), and hold on to your wallet. Good luck!

I had planned an evening of laser tag for my colleague's bachelor party. I had called a month in advance and made reservations, the sales associate was pleasant enough and we set everything up and he kept mentioning that if I had to change ANYTHING from the number of people to the time I had to do it 29 days ahead of time and I was like- that means tomorrow? So he relented and was like lets do it 6 days ahead of time, so I said OK. I had to add two more people to the list- was done 6 days ahead of time and no problems- I did not ever receive a confirmation of the reservation so I called on the day of and said hey- I have a reservation and just wanted to check if everything is OK yada yada and the lady on the phone was downright rude and was like why are you calling so late in the day? For which I said I did not receive a confirmation thats why- and she continued to be rude and muttered a whole bunch of things on the phone and then HUNG UP- so I had to call again and explain everything to someone else and they were super abrupt- yes- you are OK. Then we show up there and the place is EMPTY- no one there and we were like five minutes late and they were like even though you had booked three laser tag sessions, we can let you do only two since you were 5 minutes late- at which point we were like there is no one else and our whole party was going to take over the arena anyways whats the big deal? - they allowed us only two sessions- and needless to say we will NOT be back.

Went there after a movie with a group of friends and sat right in front of the bar by the pool tables. We were greeted by a young Waiter & took all our drinks first. He returned with my husband's and couple other friends' drink orders while the rest of us waited. 2 of our friends asked to have their food order taken then. We waited for a few minutes for everyone else's drinks while a couple of bartenders were standing around doing nothing. Thirty minutes later, another waiter came and asked if we have been waited on. We were shocked and explained that someone already took our orders. We went ahead and repeated our orders to him, by now the rest of the group are ordering another round of drinks. Another 20 minutes passed by and nothing. The manager was standing around chatting with 4 other waiters while the bartenders chitchat as well. We decided to leave and left some money on the table for the drinks they provided. Then the manager came following us asking what's wrong and apologizing on our way out the bar area. This is a very unorganized place it seems like with a horrible horrible customer service & no regard to their patrons. We will never be back, needless to say.

Took the kids here just prior to going back to school. The kids wanted to bowl and play some games. Overall the price was fair and the kids had a great time. The staff was great and always around to help.

If your looking for a place to hang out, this is as good as any! Bowling, pool, video games, putt-putt, good place to get out of the Texas heat. During the day, not so busy but Friday or Saturday night is a bit to hectic!

After a tiring week at school, me and my friends decided yo check out this place. And to our surprise, we got this amazing offer of playing unlimited just for 9.95 $ a person for the day. It was super fun - bowling, billiards and last but the awesomest - laser tag !!! The referees are cool, the place nice, overall a very nice break i must say.
