Thank you Captain Matt for taking care of my wife and me. We needed a relaxing getaway after a long week. Goal accomplished. The cleanliness of the boat, the music, the time for us to just relax and talk. Matt even changed our itinerary for us when we needed to get back to our kids a tad earlier than planned.

I can't say enough about Captain Matt and his beautiful catamaran. I have spent a lot of time on the water and it is obvious that his boat is well maintained. After a safety briefing, we were on our way to a beautiful day on the bay. He made sure that every detail of the trip was taken care of and even supplied island music to accompany our experience.This will not be our last trip that we take with Captain Mike and plan to return soon!

I have to echo the sentiments of everyone else. The trip was great. Captain Matt is indeed a great captain and host. We went on a lunch cruise for me, my wife and another couple. His boat is beautiful and we cruised along the shore soaking up the sun and sipping on wine. It was planned as an early valentines day present. It was a big hit with the wives and they had an amazing time. Its always hard to know who to book with when looking for a charter. Take the advice of pretty much everyone on here. Captain Matt and his catamaran will make it a special day.

Captain Matt made this experience something special. I went on the sunset cruise for an anniversary and Captain Matt did everything in his power to make sure it was special. I actually had a flower service send him flowers the day before and he had them on the boat the day of the cruise and made the surprise even more special! Funny thing is I was planning on doing the cruise in January of 2014 but didn't have time until 2015 and Captain Matt stayed in touch with me for a whole year! If I could give it 6 starts I would.

My family and I enjoyed this cat cruise very much and we were lucky to be able to book last minute and catch a beautiful day to sail with Captain Matt. He is very educated with his boat and the local poi for our tour. I will be a return customer very soon!

Went out on saillaway cat chartered by Captain Mat, with my family in tow. Expected a wonderful day but it was so much more. The most relaxing evening ever. We will definetly be repeat customers, highly recommend.

we booked a 3 hour trip on a weekday while on a stay-cation. our late October weather was perfect! Capitan Matt made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed conversing with him. catamaran's are quite stable in the water so if that is a concern I definitely recommend this boat over a single hull. boat set up is very comfortable. we will be back and have already recommended to friends!

We booked a 4 hour trip as a relaxing sail with family from out of state. The boat was spotless. Captain Matt was knowledgeable and fun. We saw some dolphins had some wine and enjoyed the clear skies and great views. We all enjoyed the trip and will be booking again soon. This would also make a good work event. We plan to make this a regular trip for visiting family and friends.

Great friends, good food, good wine, glorious weather, and Captain Matt and the Sailaway Cat made for a perfect day. The boat was comfortable, spotless and had everything you could want. Captain Matt was a most excellent host and so knowledgable of the bay. He took us right to dolphins! Highly recommend.

We booked for an afternoon trip and had the misfortune of traffic delays on our way. We were 30 minutes late! Fearing the worst, we got the best. Captain Matt waited patiently for us and took us on a relaxing sail around the bay. The boat was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The great weather and the smooth waters made for a great day!

We were looking for a sailing adventure out of Kemah and researched several different facilities before choosing to spend the day with Captain Matt. We were excited and nervous at the same time because we didn't know anyone that had personally been on this boat before. Within in Minutes of Meeting Captain Matt and boarding the Sailaway Cat, we were completely comfortable and ready to set sail. Took a cruise on Captain Matt's sailboat for friend's birthday. Wasn't expecting to enjoy it but it was a relaxing and beautiful evening cruise with wonderful weather. Captain Matt had great music on board and his attention to safety and his command of the boat made for a smooth experience. Would recommend to anyone.

We booked a four hour tour with Captain Matt and were blown away with the experience! The Captain is great with kids and adults alike. I would not hesitate to recommend his services to anyone!

We loved our first experience with Cap'n Matt so much that the next time we were in the area we booked a sailing event for our entire family. Our experience was marvelous both times. On the last trip we took the entire family with a cooler and a load of snacks and couldn't have asked for a better time. The schedule was flexible and accommodating with first class concern for our safety and comfort. Would we do it again?....IN A HEART BEAT.
