My wife and I stopped by here just to kill some time. When we walked in we found a single volunteer working there. She was more than happy to give us a tour and tell us everything she knew about the local railroad. Which was a lot. I could tell she was passionate about the history of this railroad and of the city itself. If you enjoy history or the railroad you've gotta stop by.

We visited this place, as I have an interest in the local history of Granbury, and my partner was interested in sourcing some family history. Very friendly people there, who chatted to us, showed us around the small station and talked very knowledgeably about the history of the station. There are 4 rooms to look at in this perfectly preserved station, which along with the artifacts and stories, give you a good idea of what it was like to live in the times represented within.This is real history.
