Little gem that we almost missed! Great staff that really cares about teaching. They helped us find our perfect fetishes. Great way to engage the kids. My teens really enjoyed learning and picking out their special one.

In the back corner there are fetishes in a small china cabinet made by young artists. Try to buy one any time I am here to encourage the young/ new artists. They have beautiful pieces created by well known Artists as well. Never have bought anything that was not quality and authentic. There web site is good. Avoid shops with big sale signs posted. I and family have been burned repeatedly. Buyer beware:( you do not always get what you pay for n

What a beautiful shop. Filled with specially selected art and jewelry. Unique one of a kind art and the sales people are the most knowledgeable on Zuni art that I have ever met. You not only leave the shop with beautiful purchases they give you print out biographies on the artist.

We visit Keshi every time we are in town. This time we were looking for a special piece for my 82 yr old granddaddy. The ladies were extremely helpful and patient with our indecisiveness. They carry many great fetish carvers from some of the most well known artist families. Definitely worth a stop!

Want to know what your spirit animal is then come into Keshi. The staff there are incredibly knowledgeable about the spirit animals, kachina dolls and story tellers. The North American Indian art and jewelry is fabulous and very good value. I once broke a pair of exquisite and delicate earrings and Keshi replaced them at no charge (which I would have been happy to pay). That's the service ethic at Keshi.

Specializing in southwest Native American fetishes and jewelry of top quality. Great inventory. Staff is very helpful in explaining the origins of the pieces. Store is a couple of blocks from the Plaza.

I know very little about Zuni work, but felt well-informed and wanting to learn more after our visit. This is a wonderful little store that exhibits a wide range of Zuni artistry. It is overwhelming in quantity, but the store is beautifully organized -- especially if you’re interested in fetishes -- and the staff very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to not be embarrassed about knowing so little, in an environment that warmly welcomes each and every visitor. This place should not be missed, it’s very unique.

LIked: the artists support the shop as much as the shop supports the artists - shop personnel really know the artists; prices are very reasonable; shop staff are very friendly and very willing to pull out jewelry or pottery pieces for admiring. Disliked: the sheer number of fetishes might seem overwhelming at first. But give yourself time to really look at the art work and you will find something that calls your name.

I love turquoise jewelry and especially Zuni needlepoint pieces. I walked all over downtown Santa Fe checking everything out before selecting my treats. I was so blessed to find Keshi. The staff members were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and very respectful of the artwork. I selected several things for myself and many gifts as well. After this experience, I look forward to someday visiting the Zuni Pueblo. :)

The have fetishes, pottery, and jewelry. But the reason I keep going back are for the beautifully carved animal fetishes. If you don't know much about them the staff is very willing to share information with you. The store prides itself on supporting Zuni artisans. I highly recommend a visit when you're in Santa Fe

Once you walk into Keshi... you feel transported back to the Zuni Pubelo... The artists that are represented are of various levels of skill, but each one is a Master. Fetishes can be found from the very simple to the extraordinary. The store representatives are all very knowledgable of each artist represented. You can find museum quality at afforadable prices. Each fetish is packed in a lovey gift box with the artist name and some "corn meal and turquoise" to nourish both your spirit and the spirit of the fetish. There is no better in all of Santa Fe.

We have been collecting Zuni fetishes for more than 30 years, have been to Zuni pueblo, met carvers there, spent time at the trading post, and have NEVER seen so many authentic Zuni fetishes in one place at one time. The history of the store is available on their website and it is an admirable undertaking. There are fetishes in a wide range of prices from very inexpensive to very expensive and everything in between. If you are looking for some to add to your collection, you will surely find something to your liking. They have the work of beginning carvers as well as the long established families such as Quandelacy, Cheama, Hustito, Him, Tsethelekai, Quam, and most of the others as well. Even if you have no idea what a Zuni fetish is, it would be worth your time to stop in for a visit and a look around. The people working there are kind, gracious, and willing to help anyone learn about Zuni art. There is other art work and craft work as well, but fetishes dominate. It's a fantastic little store! We are so glad we found it and will visit again when we are back in town.

I have seriously collected Zuni Fetishes for roughly 20 years. I have actually met a couple of the Zuni carvers at their home on the Zuni Reservation. So, when I discovered Keshi, about 6 years ago, I really couldn't believe my eyes. The owners of Keshi have lived with the Zuni people and actually know these carvers and their families. These owners want nothing more than to allow the Native carver a fair and equitable means to deliver their carvings to the general public. There are literally thousands of the fetishes on display for sale inside this store. There is also some pottery and some jewelry for purchasing. This shop also has several live artist exhibitions during the year. Too cool. I love why this shop exists, and I wish them and the carvers success. If you come to this store, prepare yourself for visual overload.

If you like Santa Fe, then you are attracted to Native American art work, and there are few things more fundamental than Zuni fetishes. Keshi is the place to go, probably anywhere in the world, with the best selection of Zuni fetishes and jewelry. Have visited there dozens of times and always come away with something new and special.
