This is one of only a few venues in the area for big name performers. Unfortunately, unless the artist has a big screen of their own, the house screens are pathetically small and low quality. Grass area is nice, except when the weather is less than good or when drunks are treading on your blanket. Parking in the neighboring area is is a rundown "war zone" and dangerous when there isn't a crowd or police presence. I have even had my side view mirror removed by some thief. This is often billed as a Philadelphia, but it is really across the river in Camden.

Well lets off by saying that I have been here many times before and I recommend only buying PIT tickets. I couldn't imagine squeezing into those rows. Pay the extra money if you can and have personal space. Parking 25 bucks in the parking garage.. It is what it is. I'm coming from Lehigh valley so its tolls and parking that anger me but that's my choice. Me and my wife rarely get food, maybe a pretzel or those crab fries in the summer shows. It's not the prices which I know are going to be overpriced I've been to many football games professional baseball games it just is what it is.food be mass-produced like that by teenagers I just don't trust.Show was good 3rd time seeing KoRN .. Slipknot.. Eh. There's 7 of them on stage all making noise. Missed King 810 because of traffic on 76 coming down its always a joke.Used to go montage mountain up in Scranton, free parking just a better type of crowd. They just can't book the big shows like SBC can it seems. Sands is right by me but its all GA ... Which is great if it's a club not an arena

The concert was good but that was about it. Unless a great act comes through there again, we wont be going back. They charged 30.00 to park our car. The parking lot is a nightmare. No one controls the traffic. its a fight to get out. Next, we stand in line at the door for 2.5 hours. We were in the "No Bag Line". A woman with attitude comes out and says the door is staying close here and everyone will have to go to another line, which was now 200 people deep. This place is a complete cluster you know what. Once inside we had to show our tickets 4 times to get to our seats. 4 times is insane!! every 20 feet, Show your tickets. The prices for food and drinks was out of this world. Thank god I don't drink, 14$ for a beer. 5$ for a water. Nothing like price gouging the crap out of people. I was told this was not the greatest place to go and they were right. Do your homework before you go here. There is nothing around the venue, its in a crappy area of the city as well. Your best bet here is to bring your own food and drinks and eat in the parking lot. Don't waste your hard earned money inside.

I have been here a few times to see various artists and each time I tell myself I'm not coming back, this time I mean it. My husband and I went to see Lionel Ritchie and had pretty good seats, we could have seen the stage clearly had it not been for the numerous people that decided to stand in the wide aisles. Not one usher came down the aisle to tell them to sit down. And then there was this girl who danced with her hula hoop in the aisle - how did she even get in with a hula hoop? After she almost took out several people trying to pass, the usher did tell her to sit down. Never going back, don't care who is coming there!

Seen plenty of shows here. The arena itself is nice, but as is too common, food and parking prices are quite high. Which is why I only go once or twice a year. The seating is fine, bathrooms are adequate. Ushers were friendly and helpful.

I really enjoy coming here and always have a great time attending concerts and other venues. There's a good selection of food and drink available and it's a very fun and comfortable environment.

I've seen many concerts over the years whether it be the E center, Tweeter Center and now known as SBC. It is an open air venue so depending on which concert you want to see and how much money you want to pay for a ticket, there are limited amount of covered seats. The majority is lawn seating which is a free for all in regards to where you want to view the concert. I was recently here for a concert in the pit which was awesome as we were 4 rows from the stage. Food and drink options are limited and pricey as well as parking which will run you starting at 25.00. Traffic will be a pain both coming in and out as well since it is such a large venue.

I've been to this venue twice and it was a pleasant both those times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will come back again an again.

Parking for Buffett concert was $25-$30 depending on how close to the venue tou wanted to be. Bought a bottle of water for $4.50. This year could cross over the Ben Franklin instead of having to go out of my way via the Whitman—-an improvement. Except for expensive food/drink and parking prices, I felt better about the Center than previous years.

Wow! we certainly enjoyed another great show at the Susquehanna center, in the Camden Waterfront. Great view, made new friends, and, of course lots of food and drinks. Jimmy Buffett was at his best, great music and lots of fun.

I travel from north jersey to see shows here and it is well worth the trip. The only downside is the 25 dollars for parking if you show up late but still worth it.

We have been to this venue 3 times now, twice with pit tickets. This is a great venue, IMO. Yeah, the parking is expensive, but it's Camden. I feel much better knowing my car will be in one piece when I am done. And of course it sucks trying to get out after the show, but when you have thousands of people all trying to leave at the same time, there is bound to be chaos. I always just park really close to the exit, so it is not that bad getting out. Please tell me of a concert venue that you don't sit in a bit if chaos trying to get out. The pit here is amazing because it is really quite small. So no matter where you are, it will be a great view. The only gripe I have about this place is that there are tons of places to buy drinks/food here. But they are all closed by the end of the show. You will be lucky to get a water afterwards, and when you have been rocking out for the last few hours, you might be thirsty. They could make a lot if extra money keeping it open even a half hour after the show ends. :/

First-this is a great place to see a concert if your seats are up close. The sound on the lawn is awful. Parking is plentiful and the walk to the lots isn't bad-lots of police directing traffic and it seems pretty organized. The best thing is that the endless women's bathroom line MOVES because there is an attendant telling you which stalls are open. Here is the problem: I was flagged at the door upon entry and sent by security person #1 (she was probably my daughter's age) after she searched my purse because I had a pill bottle with Advil and water pills in it. She sent me to security person #2 who must have been a supervisor. He was nice, asked me some questions and put a tag on my purse that my Advil was ok to enter the venue. Are you kidding me? Now we have security people (kids) that are going to decide what is ok for a 44 year old woman to carry in her purse and use for her headaches and bloating? OUT of control! How about getting a metal detector so no one brings a gun or knife in? That would be a much better idea. They were sending people back to their cars left and right. Just don't bother bringing anything in. Especially cameras. And leave your Advil in the car. If you get a headache you might have to clear it with security before you buy a water to wash it down!

Went there for the Linkin Park concert and on the lawn you were barely able to hear the concert. The only drinks they had was beer and water with no caps.

I've seen numerous events here and each time I say that it will be my last. Nachos cost nearly $10 and tgey were bought after a worker warned us against the pizza, while a beer and a shot cost $21. Bathrooms were disgusting.
