I read the other reviews and don't understand. Today was my 5th visit and I've never been disapointed. It isn't a fancy salon and they don't give you dressing gowns but the rooms are private and the facials are heavenly. I always walk out looking 10 years younger. I have used Coco and Jen and have been very happy every time. I had no trouble talking to either of them. I gave my daughter in law the facial and massage groupon for Christmas and she was very happy.

Honestly, i can't say enough BAD things about this place. 1, they didn't even ask me my name. I didn't fill out any papers about health conditions or allergies. I was lead into a small room and was then given a facial by the receptionist. She used a comodone extractor which hurt very badly. Then, i got ready for my massage. Now I have A LOT of issues in my back so I was nervous about this. The girl walked in when i was face down and started to, (what she must've thought was the correct form) draping me. THIS GIRL PULLED MY UNDERWEAR ALL THE WAY DOWN. she started to massage my behind with thick oil and when she saw i was uncomfortable she then started "massaging" my back. She was hitting my spine and bones with such hard pressure i had to get up. Everything was so painful. She couldn't understand English enough when i said less pressure. My back is so sore. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Only reason i went was because of groupon and i was still upcharged for the so-called deep tissue. More like deep torture. This place should be shut down.

Walking in it smelt like cheap perfume. The lady that did my massage couldn't understand English. So when I had requests she couldn't do it. The massage itself was not good. I do not recommend to go here. Groupon had a great deal. Other than that - very overpriced.

This is a small and casual day spa. I had a gift groupon. When I arrived I had 2 services, a facial and Hot Stone Massage. I walked in and told the front desk person, who also was the massage person, I wanted the hot stone massage and NOT the Swedish massage that I am not a fan of. He said yes no problem. He never asked me any other questions about health or other things. He then did a Swedish massage and I had to stop him briefly and say my lower back had had surgery and I needed it not so much pressure. He really continued with heavy and sometimes painful swedish massage everywhere. I can't recommend anyone do a massage there. When I said at end, what part of the hot stone massage comes in, he said "I decided you should have the Swedish massage instead" But I can't say enough about the facial, it was just opposite, what I expected and fabulous. GO FOR FACIALS........
