I recently visited this placeWith my son for someone's birthday party. My immediate reaction was.. This won't end well. The entrance was crowded with people and no one was there To direct. The birthdays and open house jump for the public apparently happen at the same time and there is Complete mayhem! After standing in line for twenty minutes to get checked in, I was notified I don't have a waiverSigned and need to go to a computer At the other end of the room and come back when done. Needless to say I got mad and asked Why they couldn't askMe At when entering if I had a waiver Or Not. Of course I hadTo wait again in line until I finally got my son his socks and ticket. So we had an assigned chaperone for keeping the party kids together who very conveniently left the kids on their own. Myself and a another parent who stayed were making sure all the kids wereTogether since the group broke up as theirs was a limit for 10 kids for dodgeball. Yet a kid got lost and was crying looking for his peers. Imagine if us parents weren't there!!! So I called the supervisor to let her know if she can make sure the group Doesn't get brokenUp again. She went to find the chaperone never to return.The kids in charge on every station were fed up teenagers who could care less. There were no directions or helping kids make shorter lines. They were just standing there waiting for an accident to happen.My biggest Worry was if Someone walks out with a child and there is absolutely no one to ask or question. The security Was a joke. Who is looking when there are hundred of people in a very over whelming over stimulating environment .Save yourself the trouble and avoid!!
