jenkinson's boardwalk bar and grill

I loved my visit here last summer- being British I chose fish and chips/"fries", which were pretty good by my standards! Couldn't fault it and was lovely looking onto the beach in the nice weather.

Jenkinsons has it all!!! Boardwalk w games, arcade, sweet shop, private beach ($10 pp adult), and their good court and bar. Beach is very clean. Ocean is cold, but this is nj! Good court has better selection of food than the bar menu. Thurs. Night in the summer- the Nerd's is their cover band!! How could I forget the amusement park, mini golf, and aquarium. Definitely a lot to do. Would definitely recommend this one especially if you live in NJ! Would also recommend the ice cream at Kohr's ... a huge selection of soft serve and hand dipped ice cream. Love it here. Great place for kids and adults.

The clean and quite beach. Friendly people. Fun in the sun. Arcades and games are great. They always have a theme, like christmas in July.

Boardwalk clean and safe. More boardwalk food than seafood. Fee for parking, fee for getting onto the beach. Could cost a family $100 easily for a day at the beach.
