cardigan mountain orchard

The orchard sits high on a hill, with really beautiful 360 degree views of the New Hampshire countryside. Apple trees as far as you can see; pick your own or purchase in the farm stand/country store. You can buy honey, apple cider donuts (super yummy!), local jams & jellies. There's even a nice play area for kids.Cardigan Mountain is off the "main path" as they say, but there are signs every mile or so saying "You're almost there!". Friendly staff and farm employees, and I loved the resident cat .... a big golden fluffball who followed me around the orchard. I had a pleasant day, and would definitely go back
