My husband I were travelling from Boston on our way to Montreal QC. The golf course that we wanted to play along the way was having a Pro Am tournament that day and recommended this course. The person in the Pro shop was very helpful and accommodating. He was very apologetic that they did not have any riding carts for the day. That was OK as my husband and I walk our home course. The round of golf started out well but the group in front of us was having issues. We had to wait on many holes. Granted we were a twosome and the group in front of us was a foursome. My husband plays from the back tees so we had to wait for the group ahead in order for him to hit. The course was OK, the greens were in good condition but the fairways were nothing special. As it turned out we were into the 3rd hour and were on hole 12. We had decided to walk in when the Ranger came by and said that he told the group in front of us that we would play through. A little too late.
Played two rounds at this gem in the NH mountains just last week. What a treat. The course was in excellent shape, greens relativity fast and everything else green and growing. It is a challenging yet fair test of golf and worth a trip if you are in the area.FYI - the food in the 19th hole is fantastic, any of the wraps are a sure bet especially the Baja cod wrap with jalapeno sauce!
I love the staff at this establishment. They are very caring and easy to know. The food is sometimes great and sometimes not depends on the cook. We love the view of the golf course and the staff.
I have played in the twilight league for over 10 years. Fun.
Course is heavily played and condition at times is not great.
Our fraternal order has played golf at CCNH for twenty years, for three day weekends every summer. Twenty guys, eat, drink, play golf. It's out in the boondocks- nothing to do but play golf. We have a ball. The course is really good, with a forgiving front none and a back nine that is hilly and bunkered, doglegged, with streams and drive-over ponds. Great fun.
