Several items I went in for were already sold out at 10 AM on a Saturday. Go early!I would have given an excellent rating but the help behind the counter was young and not very personable. She looked like she wanted to be anywhere but waiting on me. When I asked if there were any more coming out of the ovens soon she said she didn't know and didn't even ask someone else if they would have more to sell that day or not. I did leave with a substitute item, and it was very good! Just not what I originally went in there for. I also was told there were gluten free items and that day I was there they didn't have any. Just be aware that this bakery sells out, and they sell out fast. Plan or order (if they allow it?) ahead.

I use to live across the street from Hans before it closed. I was excited to hear that someone had bought and reaped the bakery! I have tasted a variety of donuts and the beehive! All have been exceptional!!!! Hope Hans is back for good!!!!!

You know the moment you walk into a great Bakery,just by the way things smell.This place is no different.My Wife and I waked down the cases,each picking what we wanted for the Lady to put into our Box.Paid the Bill,(was like $13.00),and left,box unsealed.Only three halves of the nine or Ten original items made it through the night.FYI-their standard issue "Raised and Glazed" is every bit as good as those I'vepurchased from the Amish,on the River in Southern Wisconsin.If you go there, and can't get a Parking spot,TRY AGAIN,it is worth it.....
