Casinos should all go smoke free. This one has a small smoke free building but I think the main casino should be that way because the majority of us do not smoke. If you don't like the smell of tobacco stay away. The slot machines are fun.

Prairie's Edge Casino Resort in Granite Falls features a Seafood Buffet one Friday each month. The buffet is $ 19.95 per person. I love seafood but am not a gambler so never had much interest in going to the buffet. We recently heard such good things about the buffet so we thought we better try it out. We arrived at the buffet at 6:40 and was told it would be an hour and a half wait. Since we had driven an hour to go we decided to wait. We ended up not getting seating until close to 8:30. The buffet went until 10 pm. There was a nice variety of seafood, for those that didn't want as much seafood, chicken was also on the buffet. The crab legs seemed to be the hit, as we walked back and forth from the buffet, all the tables had piles of crab legs. Everything was well stocked and the shrimp were of nice size. There was some disappointing things with the buffet, by the time we were ready for the dessert, there was only a few pieces of pie out. When we first got to the buffet, there was a wide variety of desserts. There also was no beverage offered with the buffet. I would consider the buffet a 4 out of 5. It had lots of options, everything was stocked. I would recommend going early, the waiting line kept growing as we waited.

We just got back from eating at the Prairies Edge Casino Seafood Buffet ...so very good! Calamari was so good...so were the crab legs, crab cakes, lobster claws, clam chowder...and so much more. This buffet occurs the 3rd Friday of every month for under $20.00. It is served from noon to 10PM. Did I mention dessert?

Back in Oct. 2012 I reported that the seafood buffet was on the 3rd Thursday. Not so.....it is on the 3rd FRIDAY! We have been there a number of times since then and it is still well worth the $20/per person. Service is good, food replaced fast.... We will be going back this month.

Staff is very friendly and they make it more like a family setting. Rooms are very clean and if anything is needed they get it right away. The Wotapi deli is AWESOME!!! Like the food, big servings of ice cream and the prices are very reasonable. Pool area is kept clean and has a separate small area for younger ones to play in. No valet but it is a smaller casino. Would definitely stay there again.

This casino has nice macheines and the staff is friendly. It is pretty smokey inside from all the cigarettes. The food as above average. The room was also very clean and the a/c worked as it should!

Im not going to lie, I went here got pretty drunk and escorted out from security. but they were the nicest security escort i ever delt with . super friendly all 6 of them!! would go back again if i am not86 ed from the place.

My husband and I ate here and just loved it! The food was delish and the atmosphere was so fun. Never would have expected to find such a trendy place in the area or in the casino for that matter! Lively and fun environment paired with great food and service also great prices! Will definitely be back!

they had lots of variety of denominations to play, we were hoping for more penny machines. They even had old school slot machines that paid out in real quarters and nickles. The cashier area wasn't very fast, the couple times we were up there we were ~5 people deep and counting, bar service was great, rooms were great.

Disliked the fact that there was only 3 black jack tables and one other kind of poker. The black jack tables were $5+ and I would have liked a $1-2 table for beginners.There was enough slots for the amount of people that were there - so that was a plus. I think they could do a bit more with the venhilation though - it was very smoky and I have a hard time with that.
