It's the best clinic in the world, what can I say, they saved my son's life who had leukemia at 6 months old.

This is a MUST visit place for anyone having to go through the many appointmens through the Mayo Clinic. It is located in the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center. Their brochure says " A tranquil spa environment that embodies the essence of wellness, where you are invited to experience renewal of mind, body and spirit." I discovered a brochure at a Clinic Visit and was so thankful that I investigated it and called and made an appointment the day before my three week visit at Mayo. I will be returning to Mayo in 4 months and then on a yearly basis for follow up of my Kidney Transplant and I definately plan on making a visit to the Healthy Living Facility everytime I come to Mayo. They offer massages, facials, pedicures, manicures, body treatments, and waxing services. I give this a 10 star rating! Everyone needs some TLC and rejuvenation and this is just the place! Mayo Clinic you MUST get the word our to your STAFF and Patients to take advantage of this wonderful place. Oh and did I mention that on the subway level of this building they have a Cafe with great healthy eating options.

Went to Mayo for an opinion on a surgery, but instead received a different diagnosis. All of the doctors and staff were very accommodating and took the time needed to explain everything and answer questions. They assisted in working out a plan that allowed part of the treatment to be provided closer to home.Volunteers are everywhere to help you find our way around the facility. If you are in doubt regarding your diagnosis or need want a second opinion - I would highly recommend getting it here - we are so glad we did.

Loved that all staff was willing to assist me with finding places with in the extremely large hospital. The nurses treated my mom like she was family. The surgeons had fabulously down to earth and you could connect to them.

I had spent months trying to find out what was wrong with me. Going from one medical facility to the next, doctor to doctor, getting test results over and over. I finally decided to visit the mayo clinic and they figured out what was wrong with me and got me on a treatment plan that is working!

This is what health care should be in 2015. The staff here are friendly, helpful, and go way beyond average customer service to help you. This place is well organized, clean, and the medical care is well coordinated. It is no wonder mayo gets so many awards.

I first came to the Mayo as a patient 10 years ago. The level of care, the thoroughness and friendliness of every employee that I interacted with was astounding. The employees of the Mayo genuinely care about the patients.

No other facility can compare to the compassionate and professional care given at Mayo in Rochester. Never felt was just a number. Campus is enormous, but if needed escort service is available and all the staff will assist in finding destination.

Even though Mayo Clinic may seem to be huge, packed with people, and at times nothing more than a patient id number, I find it to be the best place to for high quality medical care.
