Haha, winnona , this is for Red Wing. He saw their was a misunderstanding and knew my disability issues. Said would paying $25 be no issue so we can close this and you don't have to come back. That made it a bit better. Winnona could learn from that courthouse. You could tell he wasn't happy with the police handlings. Mine and others. Peace In and may God's Weed be with you.

To see it from outside is amazing-and to go inside is even more amazing-the structure and upkeep is very nicely preserved. Glad my tax dollars show this beauty off :-)

...and look upward. It's beautiful, and just 2 blocks from the Winona County Historical Society Museum that puts the building in its historical perspective with the rest of the archtectural marvels of this rivertown.

The architecture of the building is neat to see and ponder over. It is impressive in its own rights but otherwise, just another building.
