The "sign a waiver" process is less than desirable. If you don't sign one on-line before you go, they tell you its easier to do on your phone...but not everyone has a smart-phone and they NEVER have any paper copies to sign available. They have added the computer kiosk, but this is over flowing with people trying to get their kids signed up. Moral to the story is, make sure you sign a waiver prior to going on-line or you will feel annoyed when you get there...especially if it's busy.

I took my 13 old daughter and her friend, along with my 7 and 9 year old good sons. We drove over an hour to get there and were not disappointed. They jumped for 2 hours and would have stayed longer. I strongly suggest buying your jump time and signing waivers online before coming. This saved us a lot of time at check in and made sure we could jump, they do sell out of available jump time. There were a ton of people here, but we were able to find a table. We ordered pizza and boneless wings and were surprised to find they were great! I was expecting cheap terrible food. They make the pizzas right the fresh and made to order, and same with the wings. And the prices were great! $13 for a large, and it was a good sized pizza. We also tried there chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches, that appeared home made and were also awesome. The staff was friendly and did a gray job with keeping the place clean and watching the kids. We are already planning on going back for Christmas break! The only thing I would add its more of a parent's lounge. Done comfy couches and chairs maybe? Other than that it was perfect.

Great time, we took some international visitors there and they loved it. The staff is great and if you don't want to jump you don't have to pay admission. There are plenty of comfortable seating areas for parents/grandparents to sit and watch the fun. The children love the laser maze as well.

I attended a birthday party for a boy of 9 years. He had a group of kids ranging in age from 8-12. We spent the first hour in the jumping area. They provided socks for the kids to wear while jumping. The staff was great about monitoring the safety of the kids the entire time. The kids had a blast. We then proceeded upstairs to one of the party rooms to eat pizza made in house and drink soda. We brought our own cookies for dessert. We had Amanda, an employee, serve as our personal attendant who brought the food and drinks but also kept track of who brought gifts so we could attach a name to each gift brought. Finally, the kids were given tokens to do the laser tag game before we headed home. Fun was had by all! I highly recommend AirFx for a birthday party or just a fun way to spend an afternoon...for all ages!

As of Saturday July 5th the air was still not on/working. They had the big doors open and it was comfortable as it was raining the majority of the time we were there. I had made reservations (prepaid with CC) on line for 3:00 - 4:00 as that is what their website recommends you do. I filled out the jumping waiver on their website also ahead of time. (You need to have a drivers license ready in order to fill out the waiver online). The cost is $12.00 per hour per child on the weekends. We had a 6 year old, 12 year old and 13 year old going. When we got there it was just an unorganized mess of about 50 kids and their parents trying to figure out what to do! There was like no set up lines for registers, nobody there to tell you what to do and just very unorganized. I went into the trampoline place and found a manager and asked him what I should do as I had a reservations for 3 and it was 10 minutes til. If I have to wait in this mess it will be at least 20 more minutes!! He said normally there is one line set up just for people that have made reservations and pre paid but they got to busy and needed that register. He was very nice and went right to the counter and got all our wrist bands for us so we would make our reservation time. They didn't say anything to our kids for not having "Their" special trampoline socks (charge is $2.00 per pair) and we seen several others who didn't have them also. It is very well monitored for safety of all jumpers. The kids seemed to like the dodge ball area the best and there was a constant line for that but it seemed to move pretty fast. We didn't plan on eating or anything but I did notice the concession stand area at the time we were there only had sodas and almost every type of candy or candy bar you could think of and ice cream, that was it. I would have thought they would have a lot more heathy selections in a place like this. They say they have pizza, wings, pretzles and things like that but I never seen any of that when we were there. Loved the water fountains!! They have an area on the back of them to fill up your water bottles. The bathrooms were very clean. All and all I could see this being really a fun place to take the kids in the winter to let them get out and get exercise. We really wanted to play mini golf but it was still slightly raining. The 18 hole course looks really nice........ one thing that Cedar Rapids needs is some decent mini golf courses for families. You pay your $5 per person back at the concession stand cashier not up at the counter so you wont have to wait.

I would like to thank you for coming to the park. We are currently in the process of putting a GeoThermal unit in. We know it isn't quite early enough but it will be installed within 3-4 weeks. Please watch Facebook for when the install is complete as we will announce it on there. Please feel free to call me at (319) 929-4377 if you are interested in doing a birthday party once our GeoThermal is in and I will work with you on that.
